@@mg-cx5tv years too late, but yeah I agree. Season 4 is actually one of my favorite seasons. Yeah, they messed up a bit with John, but even then I think they did overall pretty darn well. John has had so much trauma, both from Sherlock and Mary, who both lied to him, albeit in different ways. The two people he cared about most in the world, just straight-up *lied* to him. So many people say that John was an asshole in season 4, and although there were some parts where I do think they took it a little too far-- overall John reacted pretty in character. He went through so much shit, as I was watching the show I was waiting for him to snap. And he sure did snap, gotta admit I really like season 4. It was much, much darker then the other seasons, and it had its quirks, but it's definitely still a good season all in all

Sherlock, standing on the ledge, staring down at his one true friend. Reflecting on their relationship and jumping, knowing he was about to shatter it. Anywho, it was so beautifully done. @x y he faked it for 2 years because John was still in danger for 2 years. He had to completely bring down Moriarty's network or else John, Mrs.Hudson, Lestrade, they were still in danger. If you watched S3 you would know. He explains how he survived, how he faked it, and why it lasted 2 years.
Every time I here John's voice crack at the end when e says "don't be.... dead.." I LOSE IT and start asctually crying really freaking tears omg.... I can't with this show..
So I'm rewatching this and I just realized how much attention you payed to the lyrics. in the beginning after Sherlock says "That's what people do, don't they? Leave a note?" you show the lady in pink with her last note- Rache (l). As the song says "I hear a sound" you show Sherlock screaming and covering his ears. "I'm straining to reach" Sherlock running to Watson in the bonfire, and John going to Sherlock after his fall. "the light on the other side" Sherlock and Mary dead or dying. "I feel the pages turning" It shows Sherlock turning the pieces of paper so he could read them. "i see the candle burning down." Moriarty telling Sherlock he'll burn the heart out of him. "I feel you holding me." Shows Sherlock being hugged. And that's just in the first minute. Just goes to show how much attention and work you put into this. btw this is my fav. Sherlock edit.

OMG this is so epic!! I’m obsessed with it and the song’s perfect for Sherlock! This is one of my favorite series of all time, me and my family used to watch it regularly when it started back in I wanna say 2010, so I was 8 when I started watching this series! This edit sums up how epic this whole thing is and I love it! My family used to watch the movies with RDJ in them before this and we like both, but personally, I like the series better 😂 anyways, keep up the AMAZING work!! You have such a talent! 💜
Oh my God... I wish I could tell you how well-made this is, but honestly I have no words. It's perfect, that's what it is. Sitting here trying not to cry over how badly poor Sherlock was treated in this show. :( That compilation of all the hugs he got was lovely, and the masterful compilation of all the friends and strangers that have hurt him so much - God! I only wish there wasn't so much content to make it in the first place!
This hurts to watch Sherlock go through all his pain through season 4 and 3. His sister made him do all the things he had to do and make him shoot his brother or best friend. His best friend beat him up about his wife. Made him go back to drugs and have so many bad nightmares and crazy stuff he had to go through. He even said “I’m in a pit, and still falling, and can’t climb back up.” He went through so much pain, getting shot, beat up. He has gone through so much and this just makes it even more sad about his own best friend beating him up. It is just to much to handle it but he still did going through all of that pain. Ugh I just love the show so much! Hahahaha I just noticed how many “much’s” I put in there but still it is all true
sometimes I feel SHERLOCK is too much unloved.......too much taken for granted.....and that is what hurts the most.......his love for Mary and JOHN was inexplicable ....but still mary couldn't trust SHERLOCK with her problems .... while SHERLOCK was ready and willing to help her any time.......and in the lying detective ......still I cant believe JOHN actually uttered the words that SHERLOCK killed mary.......how could he do that......SHERLOCK did whatever he could to save mary.....but JOHN misunderstood him.......that was really heartbreaking when john hit him so hard!!! SHEROCK has always waited for his redbeard since his childhood.......and finally when he found his redbeard in JOHN.....after living without JOHN for 2 long years.....that was too late...JOHN had someone else in his life and the story was never the same again........ love heals everything and love kills everything!!!!
