Bofoy isn't a cyborg, he controls the robot from his computer. He is like King but drones instead of video games :) He builds robots and probably could build cyborgs too.

If you're talking about Armored Gorilla, he was built by Dr. Genus of the House of Evolution. He's currently the only surviving cyborg of the HoE, and is living in the city with Genus, as basically a housemate. Apparently Mosquito Girl may still be alive, since you can see her blasting off again when Saitama slaps her. The blood splatter was her mosquito tail or abdomen, full of the blood she collected. She may or may not come back, though.
King has a pretty big role in this, despite his not being "the world's strongest man." He indeed has a "power," but you'll find out about that later on.
King doesn’t have super strength or something but he does have the best ability and its extreme luck it technically makes him a god level threat, everything that could have killed him he got saved just in time cause of saitama or the monster will be to scared to face him
Yep, his luck basically makes the universe move in his favor to the extent that if something threatens him, it's dealt with an appropriate response in some way through his luck haha.

Well, the Blu-ray version is available in physical form, it is somewhat expensive, I think you can also get it on itunes and amazon. Some sites on the internet also offer them but I don't know if they are very safe. Still, if you can't get it, believe me I'll still enjoy your reactions, you guys are great.
