ZR2 is looking nice, glad you kept the multimatics. No point in buying the ZR2 if you are just gonna remove everything that makes it a ZR2. I don't know what your going for exactly but I would love to have a diesel ZR2 Bison weekend overlander.
Your truck looks really good, I know BDS is pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. I have a 6 in BDS lift on my 2014 f150 and it rides way better than it did from the factory. You cannot go wrong with BDS and they will supposedly back you up 100% if you have any issues with warranty at the dealerships!

Huge fan of your videos man. Got the same exact truck as you and have been following the build which looks sick. I've been going through some forums and ive read that you don't need to trim the ZR2 to fit 33s, and then I've read you do. What's your take on that? I'm stock btw
I have ‘21 & definitely need to either get the AEV fender trim kit or do a 1.5” front spacer to clear a “smaller” 33. Meaning a 285/70/17 for example, which measures to just under 33. Not to be confused with a 285/75/17, which measures 33.8” (almost 34). I also would not go any larger than a 34/35 without re-gearing. I also have a Jeep JL & the factory 4.10 gearing can handle up to 37s no problem; that’s simply not the case on the ZR2.
It looks like you did not have to trim the front wheel wells. Have you seen any rubbing of the tire and wheel well? Did your wheels size stay the same or are the wheels larger also? Could you share the technical specs of your wheels and tires, and if you had to have an offset for the wheels?
