I know this is an old comment, but, you can use the d6 to reroll shop items, but the void can’t pick up unbought shop items. So you can use the voided d6 to reroll shop items

I once got the void with diplopia, which was the most broken combination ever, because you can dupe jera runes and batteries. But when I took a break and then reloaded the game, the diplopia effect was gone.
Hate to be late, but shielded tears actually make the ipecac blast explode when it comes into contact with any type of tear, usually before dealing any damage to the enemy, making Hutts's forgetfullness actually a run saver
I love how he gets an op combo every single run and is like "Yeah it's okay it's fine" and whenever he gets one bad room he is like "OH MY GOD THE GAME FUCKING HATES ME IT WANTS TO FUCK ME UP"

My favorite part about Isaac is choice. So I came up with two possible ways to change greedier mode. 1. There are now two buttons on the ground. The first button is standard greed mode waves but you only get 50-66% amount of money. The other button has a dollar sign on it and gives you the greedier version of waves that give you 90- 110% amount of money. 2. You get less money but its standard greed mode. After completing the devil deal wave you get the dollar sign button for a bonus 5 waves that are greedier version to get the full amount or slightly higher amount of money.
What happens when you suck up the potato pealer and the guppy's paw? Will it give you meat cube and 3 soul hearts? Also you should hold R button for couple of restarts, it'll give you an achievement.

btw hutts don't take both jacob's ladder and Ipecac. the lightning only works with ipecac when it hits a wall and high fire rate is really good for jacob's ladder.
I still have just Afterbirth without the plus and I recently discovered what happens when you spam blank card jera on batteries and then attempt to use them all on d4 when you have breakfasted the run in greed mode. I was left with Halo of Flies, Dead Cat, and one other useless item (head of greed which kinda screwed me over even more). I did get to keep my transformations but those didn't really help. rip samson :(
Oh yeah! You gotta be aware of that! I think it is a glitch, but, I'm 100% sure. If you get Chaos, you will breakfast even quicker, so avoid D4, D100 and Missingno. at all costs, when you can break the game, K?!
Is it just me, or are a lot of Afterbirth+ items identical in function to Antibirth items? Jacobs Ladder is 120 volt, Contagion is Mucormycosis, Ghost Pepper is Bird's Eye, etc.
