When I went through this video I went through the "likes, dislikes, etc..." thing before reading descriptions, and when I read "Vivid Street" under "Dislikes:" for An I was immediately like "DID THEY REALLY JUST DO THAT?!" and then I read the backstory and I was like "THEY FUCKING DID!!" and then I cried for a minute, also love seeing Mizuki and Shizuku in the same unit since they're my favorites from their respective og units
WAHH I love Desolate Deception and Wild Cards! Here's my opinion on all of the groups! Deluded Daydreams- I love the concept of 'inviting others to join their lifeless world, trying to find hope together.' It just sounds so delusional, in like, a good way. Sry, I'm not good with words. What I'm trying to say is that it sounds so dream-like and it honestly sounds like they're communicating with their fans through music, spreading their message of lifelessness, and finding it as a medium for forgetting their painful life, even if it's temporary. Also, MINOMAFU AHH- Minomafu's always been one of my fav rarepairs, so seeing it get some recognition feels so good! Omw to make some fire hcs of this grp 🔥🔥 Desolate Deception- ENAKASA MY SILLIES! I love the turn on Tsukasa and Saki's relationship, changing it from a happy and positive relationship, to a distant and cold relationship of no trust. It makes it so realistic and an amazing 'what if' scenario. Ena is hugely relatable, as always, no matter what universe she's from. Honami's backstory is a perfect balance on the OG sekai and this one, and Ichika is pretty decently written! The grp's concept is so elegant. The idea of the 4 people pleasers being paired up is a great spin off. Love it! Scarlet Chord- Again, An's backstory was a good 'what if' scenario. The idea of her losing interest in RAD WEEKEND, and running away from Vivid Street has me feeling smthing odd, in a good way. Toya's backstory relates with me closely, and Saki's personality is pretty cool too! Emu's mature personality on the outside and childlike one on the inside is greatly written. Seeing what could happen if her dreams went away and Wonder stage broke down feels so angsty and sad. Her liking business is such a reasonable idea. Wild Cards- When I say it's my favorite grp, I mean it. I'm a sucker for the chaotic, masked grps so this was pretty much just- love at first sight. The concept is so well done I cannot fathom it- The concept feels so close with me and I relate to it a lot. The idea of just being broken down so much to the point you can do nothing but just smile and put on a mask, gaslighting yourself hits close to home. I love seeing Rui's personality in this, even if it hasn't changed so much, as someone who's a huge Rui kinnie! The designs are creative. E1ectro Hearts- I like it! Akito and Airi's relationship is so cute yet angsty at the same time, and the warm feeling of the grp feels nice. Imo, it would be a fun grp to make fanfics and fanart of, especially since it's so flexible with its balance on angst and joy. And the pinterest incident of Akito caught me off guard XD I love this AU, and I'm hoping to see more of it! Sry for the long ahh comment, I got too carried away lol. Already subscribed!

Random idea for the vocaloids!! The vocaloids from og pjsk get trapped in psdw! Certain group vocaloids get stuck in certain groups! (SO like wxs vocaloids get stuck in deluded daydreams I think is what it's called) At first, they don't know what's going on until they start to realize it, of course they are trying to help the new pjsk chars aus, but also trying to fund a way out, knowing very well that they don't belong here and that their energies don't match and a certain version of them should be there instead. Even though they don't match with the chars most of them don't question it, only the smart ones think about it, and sometimes spend their time helping out the vocaloids. During smth similar to world link, the vocaloids get new oufits, and a better concept of what's going on. In the end the vocaloids end up deciding to stay knowing well that they will need help and because of the vocaloids difference in energy it tends to help some of the characters a bit.

I’ve also set my eyes on Desolate Deception, I love the classical music theme and how you’ve changed their dreams and personalities! Shizuku was once a model in the OG game, so why not in Wild Cards, Shizuku does all the groups makeup for them (yknow like how some circuses have the people put on makeup, specially for clowns) I think it would fit her since you said she tries to help them anyway she can! I need ruikasa but tsukasa is more shy around rui and. ruis just telling him about his damn robot drones and dolls then ruis stalking tsukasa to watch if he could trust him like 1 day after they met because tsukasa asked to see one of his dolls to get inspiration for an art piece because don't want to be taken advantage of by tsukasa if all tsukasa wants to do is get him to make stuff to get inspiration for art then like in 2 months tsukasa fell in love with rui haha maybe not really shy but like blushy blushy kind of shy rui doesn't have any sort of feelings on the outside because he hides his true self from people outside of wild cards to avoid bullying in public tsukasa met him and was like "hes a nice person, maybe I can be his friend" then started seeking rui out anytime he spots him in public so rui tries to distance himself (subconsciously) from tsukasa when he realises that he has feelings for him because hes still kinda scared of abandonment deep down then tsukasa noticed this and thinks like "oh, does rui not like talking with me" and so on the next time tsukasa sees rui he tries to walk past him because of that conclusion he made without actually talking to rui rui notices that and "hes distancing himself from me, this is what I wanted, right? but why does this make me feel so sad' then eventually rui took a step and talked to tsukasa after this goes on for a few weeks (im saying like 2 or 3) and talking to one of the wild cards members for advice probably mizuki rui "im sorry for distancing myself from you-" tsukasa "oh, its ok, i dont mind that you were distancing yourself from me" rui "i still want to be friends with you, tsukasa-kun" tsukasa "i forgive you, and dont worry, were still friends" i have free reign and cant ooc this probably. because this is not og pjsk and this is an au. i cant ooc this. probably, maybe i think

Their theme heavily revolves around dreams vs reality. I came up with the idea because I was listening to the Yume Nikki soundtrack while trying to fall asleep last night LMAO. We got Honami on drums, Minori on piano, Emu on guitar, and Rui on violin. Rui gives me violin vibes. Honami is the main vocalist and we'll just disregard the fact that it's hard for drummers to be the main vocalist shhhhhh. Fun fact this is just my favorite characters from their respective units + Rui. That was not intentional. Anywayyy part of me is not a fan of the fact there's two WxS members in this group, but I love the dynamic of Emu and Rui so much that I do not care. Shizuku (cello), Touya (bass + main vocalist), Saki (synthesizer), and Mafuyu (guitar)!! I might swap Mafuyu out for somebody else just because I think it’s kinda a cheap shot to put her in a very dark band and I think it would be fun to have somebody else there instead, but we shall see… I do love my TouyaMafu and ShizuMafu parallels but I think it would be fun to do something different. And also I sometimes dislike canon Mafuyu because she’s far too relatable and it makes me uncomfortable EUBSUGEHFE. Yeah if you’ve ever heard Inger by Chogakusei (if you haven’t then you should listen it’s great) that’s kinda their vibe. The members for the other three units are not set in stone and might shift, but I’ll give their genres and leaders since those are probably not going through any changes! We got Shiho leading a hard rock/metal band, Mizuki leading a Japanese dream pop style group, and Haruka leading a fusion jazz group! My first instinct is to swap Mafuyu out for Tsukasa buuut I’m not sure about the Tenma siblings (Touya is a Tenma trust me I work at Sega) all being in the same group and also I wanted to put Tsukasa in the hard rock/metal group because metalhead Tsukasa is funny to me. Maybe I’ll swap out Mafuyu for An instead… it would mean there’s two VBS members in one group but there’s kinda gotta be another double at some point because I put EmuRui together. Plus VBS really feels like AnHane and AkiTouya in a trench coat sometimes and I want AnTouya reactions. I am a polysquad shipper and I am coping. Random idea for the vocaloids!!
The vocaloids from og pjsk get trapped in psdw! Certain group vocaloids get stuck in certain groups! (SO like wxs vocaloids get stuck in deluded daydreams I think is what it's called) At first, they don't know what's going on until they start to realize it, of course they are trying to help the new pjsk chars aus, but also trying to fund a way out, knowing very well that they don't belong here and that their energies don't match and a certain version of them should be there instead. Even though they don't match with the chars most of them don't question it, only the smart ones think about it, and sometimes spend their time helping out the vocaloids. During smth similar to world link, the vocaloids get new oufits, and a better concept of what's going on. In the end the vocaloids end up deciding to stay knowing well that they will need help and because of the vocaloids difference in energy it tends to help some of the characters a bit.

I’ve also set my eyes on Desolate Deception, I love the classical music theme and how you’ve changed their dreams and personalities! Hey, I have an idea for Shizuku! Shizuku was once a model in the OG game, so why not in Wild Cards, Shizuku does all the groups makeup for them (yknow like how some circuses have the people put on makeup, specially for clowns) I think it would fit her since you said she tries to help them anyway she can! I need ruikasa but tsukasa is more shy around rui and. ruis just telling him about his damn robot drones and dolls
then ruis stalking tsukasa to watch if he could trust him like 1 day after they met because tsukasa asked to see one of his dolls to get inspiration for an art piece because don't want to be taken advantage of by tsukasa if all tsukasa wants to do is get him to make stuff to get inspiration for art
then like in 2 months tsukasa fell in love with rui haha maybe not really shy but like blushy blushy kind of shy
rui doesn't have any sort of feelings on the outside because he hides his true self from people outside of wild cards to avoid bullying in public
tsukasa met him and was like "hes a nice person, maybe I can be his friend" then started seeking rui out anytime he spots him in public
so rui tries to distance himself (subconsciously) from tsukasa when he realises that he has feelings for him because hes still kinda scared of abandonment deep down
then tsukasa noticed this and thinks like "oh, does rui not like talking with me" and so on
the next time tsukasa sees rui he tries to walk past him because of that conclusion he made without actually talking to rui
rui notices that and "hes distancing himself from me, this is what I wanted, right? but why does this make me feel so sad'
then eventually rui took a step and talked to tsukasa after this goes on for a few weeks (im saying like 2 or 3) and talking to one of the wild cards members for advice probably mizuki
rui "im sorry for distancing myself from you-"
tsukasa "oh, its ok, i dont mind that you were distancing yourself from me"
rui "i still want to be friends with you, tsukasa-kun"
tsukasa "i forgive you, and dont worry, were still friends"

i’ve been feeling really down and tired recently and i’d like to thank you for making this video… i love the idea of these units. in fact i love the idea of a canon divergent pjsk au in general that you guys have inspired me to possibly make one myself, which will hopefully cheer me up a bit :) i’ll definitely be keeping track of how this au goes!
also please let me know if you’re alright with me making an au based on canon divergence… the divergence will not be like yours at all and i’ll have my own ideas and units of course, but you gave me the idea and i wanna know if you’re cool with me using it lol. i also might end up creating a fanfiction on ao3 for my au so it might end up being public

i'll briefly share information about the focus unit of the story (since I cannot write 20 main characters without spontaneously combusting into flames). I still haven't named the unit. Whoopsies.
They're a post rock group! Very inspired by the sound of World's End Girlfriend. They tell stories through their music. Their theme heavily revolves around dreams vs reality. I came up with the idea because I was listening to the Yume Nikki soundtrack while trying to fall asleep last night LMAO. We got Honami on drums, Minori on piano, Emu on guitar, and Rui on violin. Rui gives me violin vibes. Honami is the main vocalist and we'll just disregard the fact that it's hard for drummers to be the main vocalist shhhhhh. Fun fact this is just my favorite characters from their respective units + Rui. That was not intentional. Anywayyy part of me is not a fan of the fact there's two WxS members in this group, but I love the dynamic of Emu and Rui so much that I do not care. I'm an EmuRui shipper sorry. anyway i need to work on my animation now but there's your brainrot

A dark gothic/horror themed rock band with a cello because I said so!!! Shizuku (cello), Touya (bass + main vocalist), Saki (synthesizer), and Mafuyu (guitar)!!
I might swap Mafuyu out for somebody else just because I think it’s kinda a cheap shot to put her in a very dark band and I think it would be fun to have somebody else there instead, but we shall see… I do love my TouyaMafu and ShizuMafu parallels but I think it would be fun to do something different. And also I sometimes dislike canon Mafuyu because she’s far too relatable and it makes me uncomfortable EUBSUGEHFE. Yeah if you’ve ever heard Inger by Chogakusei (if you haven’t then you should listen it’s great) that’s kinda their vibe.
The members for the other three units are not set in stone and might shift, but I’ll give their genres and leaders since those are probably not going through any changes! We got Shiho leading a hard rock/metal band, Mizuki leading a Japanese dream pop style group, and Haruka leading a fusion jazz group!
My first instinct is to swap Mafuyu out for Tsukasa buuut I’m not sure about the Tenma siblings (Touya is a Tenma trust me I work at Sega) all being in the same group and also I wanted to put Tsukasa in the hard rock/metal group because metalhead Tsukasa is funny to me. Maybe I’ll swap out Mafuyu for An instead… it would mean there’s two VBS members in one group but there’s kinda gotta be another double at some point because I put EmuRui together. Plus VBS really feels like AnHane and AkiTouya in a trench coat sometimes and I want AnTouya reactions. I am a polysquad shipper and I am coping. RYJEGFWFW
