Skinny to Newbie Gains!

  • I was so skinny as a kid. I always look up to famous guys on TV (Philippine TV) thinking that these guys are the epitome of being super ripped. So I did workout to achieve that kind of physique doing bicep curls, chest flys, abs everyday, all upper body BS! It was all a wasted time because I was doing it wrong!
    The generation we have today focuses on too much information about fitness. Trying to complicate all the little things. They invented all the unnecessary workouts, diets plans, and supplements just so they rip money out of your pockets. They make you believe that these programs will finally change your life! But that's all BS!
    I tell you! You only need to do the basics. Pick up the heavy weights, lift it with all your might, put them back down, eat like a king, and sleep like a baby!
