Nice build. I've been running void armor with onyx pendulum, provisioner, and empowering loop, with hunters pistol and sniper rifle. I usually use song of swords but would hunters mark suit this better?
Oh that's one of my fav builds! Love swap shot sniper builds. Hunters mark would be better than song of swords since your not using any crit trinkets to raise your crit chance
For a max Trait Rank Character Hunters Mark and Cold Spear give the best damage unless you can/want to be in Corrosive Aura range. The best rings would be Burden of the Gambler, Ring of Flawless beauty, Hunters Band, or Empowering Loop depending on whether or not you will be hitting weak spots a lot or not. I am assuming that since you did not list a melee weapon you are not applying any debuffs with melee. Hope this helps!

@@averageguitarman gotchya, so if you build is Hunting Pistol, Sniper Rifle, Frostborne, full Void, Onyx Pendulum, Empowering Loop, and Provisioner Ring with only one free mod slot because one is taken by Breath of the Desert Song of Sword's gives you slightly better average damage when compared to Hunters Mark for both guns and Breath of the Desert BUT Hunters Mark does charge much faster and gives you those sweet wall hacks. So that flex slot whether you choose Song of Swords or Hunters Mark is really up to you, both are great choices imo.
@Hanjohn XP just keep rolling adventure mode earth till you get it. If you are on PC there is a program that reads your save and tells you what you have in your world
May I suggest just cheating the system by backing up your save files before each boss and then restoring if you die? I love a challenge and play on Apocalypse but there's no way I'm letting the game delete my save because I made one mistake and died. I just wanted Onyx lol.
@@Mike-st6dz Yea, I tried it without the Provisioner's Ring and it just feels bad due to the long reload times on the Typewriter. I do use RSM so I'll use that to back up my saves and try to get that and the Pendulum. Plus I can reroll as much as I want to avoid early game enders like Gorefist with no gear or traits..still manages to kill me even on normal when i have no gear
If you're fine with using bugs, pressing reload and weapon swap simultaneously will both stow the held weapon and make it reload itself, allowing you to shoot one gun while the other reloads itself. The bug works for most guns, but there were some it didn't work with, I think? Like Repulsor being reluctant to self-reload while you hold the Sawed-Off or Hunting Pistol. It only works for the host... at least, it didn't work for guests back when the game first came out. It still works today, I just checked with Shotgun and Sawed-Off on PS4. There are a lot of quirks to the bug, like reload type affecting whether or not the active gun mimics the stowed one's reload animation while not shooting, or how incrementally-reloaded guns have their self-reload interrupted by gesturing mods like Corrosive Aura.

I always have fun with the bandit especially with devestator being sometimes able to shoot 5 times in a row without reloading
If you played r1 during launch, bandit and devastator was broken AF. Each bolt had a seperate chance to proc bandit lol
