You get plenty of cleaned up dudes in Eastern and Southern Africa and that doesn't have anything to do with gayness or whatever. They just clean and know how to dress well... In terms of being friendly or warm, I think they all generalize entirely too much. If you have a certain type of interaction with a few people in one place, you cannot say that everyone in an ENTIRE COUNTRY is the same way. I’ve lived in neighborhoods in the same city in the north eastern US and people were not very friendly. Then I moved to another neighborhood 10 minutes away and everyone is friendly. When I moved to the south east of the US, everyone was so friendly. When I went to San Francisco, no one was friendly in the neighborhoods I was in. This is all in one country. It depends on where you are. Sometimes even just a few blocks away can make a huge difference.
You cannot say that everyone in one country is exactly the same. There are over 300 million people in the United States. It’s IMPOSSIBLE for us to all be the same!
He also generalizes about ALL WOMEN in the US. At least half of that 300+ million population in the US are women. The things he says about women in the US are based on his limited experiences with women in the few places he’s been. His experiences do NOT apply to all 150+ million females all over the ENTIRE United States! He just had certain types of experiences he didn’t like. Everyone in the US are not all having the same experiences he’s having.

This is a salient discourse because we need to comprehend the culture of dating in Ghana and other cultures. It was good to hear the women's and Alson's perspectives. However- Wendy dominated the entire conversion which was immensely egregious. I was intrigued by the Jamaican's and Sudanese's point of views. To hear the women elucidate that Alton's his dress/ countenance was percieved as " feminine or gay" was insightful from a Ghanaian cultural point of view. Yet- it was off putting because it shows one expression of masculinity and sexuality. In my opinion, African women date to marry. However- Alston seem to be dating to explore his options; not to marry. What I am afriad for Alston is that is image as a travel bro may adversely affect his brand. Lastly- the interviewer/moderator should have taken over the conversation as Wendy dominated the entire conversation.

Auston is right, I don't know where it started from and idk if its a cultural thing with African American women and to some extent west african women. They all believe they are owed something or that a man needs to provide valuables for them to be worth their time to date. This is why so many Black American men date outside their race, a lot of women of other cultures don't expect a "range rover" and rent to be paid from their man.
This is also why Auston says he likes women who can actually talk about stuff with him. When you can actually hold a conversation with a man it tells you that they have genuine interest in you as a person and not just what you can offer them.
Its almost like African American women prefer anti-intellectualism, they want a man who can spoil them and is rough around the edges but those are the kinds of men who sell drugs, scam and cheat. If you brought a guy in front of them that isn't famous, has no clout and is just a regular guy who makes an honest living and makes decent money, they aren't interested.
These same men that sell drugs, scam, partake in gang activity, cheat will then knock these women up and they end up a single mother, they then become bitter against men and teach their kids to be the same way, Its a vicious cycle and it all ends when women treat themselves with respect and choose to date men with character and morals. If women just chose to date the hardworking black men in our communities, African American men wouldn't grow up thinking its cool to sell drugs and cheat.

Or as these women put it, to feel like they're being pursued. Some of you dudes need to simply go listen to some 90's R&B and pick up some game. Or maybe listen to a couple of Too Short or Eightball & MJG albums. Beauty and light skin is normal in East Africa shades of beautiful and culture so nobody walks on the streets like they are the only queen it's untill u go to West Africa and u see those "men with XX chromosome" and when a beauty like a rare lightning XX feminine one appears they become transactional ochote ..soo in short if u wana be happy be with East African

Maryland has so many beautiful Ghana & Nigerian women and great homies! They are very hard workers! We are definitely the same! 🙏🏽 They hold soccer game’s every Sat during the summer in my area! We understand each other’s struggles and beat to the same Drum! 🪘 My “sister” in law is from Ghana! Nephews Nieces 1st generation US! My sis is now a Teacher and Nephew is a Sr In High School! Because my brother saw the value in her!

The lady in the blue that we can't see, TALKS TOO MUCH.. I would never EVER be with someone like her. She's a headache and I don't even know her. She hijacked the entire interview and barely let others talk.. The other two ladies seems easier to interact with. The dark skin lady "Marlo" in the white is Absolutely my type, her personality is very nice and inviting, welcoming and warm and on top of it, SHE"S PRETTY

Thank you. If Ghanaian women are like her, sorry to say this but they are a TURN OFF. East African women are everything. Thank you Marlow for representing e. African women. Marlow and the Jamaican woman are beautiful both inside and outside. The ugliest words came out of the Ghanaian woman.

How many Ghanian women did he meet? He can't use a few Ghanian women as a good yardstick to measure the nindset of all Ghanian women .Likewise the women he met in east Africa..
Moreover, when he met a Ghainian woman who is opinionated (candid in her opinion) and can communicate effectively, he couldn't march up to her. He couldn't even talk. She overshadowed him and he became dumb. He night be the opposite . Probably, that's one of reasons he couldn't find a woman in the States.
I believe Ghanian women will give him '1' when it comes to comparing him to Ghanian men.
Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion but that is not the facts.
