- Carried so hard with REAPER I made the enemy team cry
This is just a video showing some Overwatch 2 Top 500 Gameplay where I play Reaper. I am currently a top 500 Reaper player in EU. So this video is just some Overwatch 2 top 500 gameplay.
Who says the reaper guy is dead? I can still get a ton of value with reaper even though he's the worst DPS in the game rn (totally not because I dropped to Masters).
Overwatch 2 Top 500 wasn't that hard to hit but I have been playing since Overwatch 1. I did start on xbox and switched to PC but altogether I have around 1900 hours and 800 of them have been on Reaper.
Reaper is the reason why I got out of gold/plat hell as you can kinda 1vs5 with him due to hisa lifesteal. It does get harder obviously the higher you go up but if I can get top 500 anybody can because I'm not the greatest player ever. I legit play like a plat but what I do differently is I try to play with my tank most of the time or I do the funny and get a 5 man or die instantly.

You've inspired me to play more reaper. Ever since junkrat died, I've been trying new heroes, and reaper just scratches that itch.
I main reaper and it feels like hes dead rn but I’m glad we’ve gained another LOL
Not gonna lie, playing junk now doesnt fell as bad, specially because of the tank changes, playing junk only feels bad when you play against cass or ash, any other dps is not annoying, definitely better than playing reaper, more mobility, better ult, better range, and in a tracer meta hes pretty good imo

People are weird. i once got called trash and shit talked so much as zen. I had around 45 elims, while others were maybe around 15-20.

no crosshair needed for the rebar guy since you'll be in the enemies face most of the time

Maybe an unpopular opinion but I don't think a solo dps should be able to kill 2 supports fully pocketing each other. That just wouldn't make sense considering the dps has not only effectively removed healing from the enemy team but also potentially all other utility like nade and suzu. It might feel frustrating for dps players to get denied like that but going in 2v1 and expecting to win if crazy to me. I think the game would be 10x worse if a single dps could delete both the enemy supports
Honestly if you’re 2 supports both pocketing each other and you *still* manage to die to a solo PDS that’s just a skill issue.

Yeah but an ultimate is kind of a diferent story, more often than not the supports pocketing each other should die If they get ulted but utility in this game is way too strong imo
counterpoint, i think healers self sustain or ability to sustain other supports shouldnt be as good in tandem.
Ana doesnt need her nade to self heal 90 health and do 90 splash and boost healing she recieves by 50%. Brigs Inspire is 15 HPS, but there was a time that the self healing she got from it was halved.
there should be some form of diminishing returns. you shouldnt be able to 2v1. but 2 Supports also shouldnt be able to eyeball the fast majority of heros and just shrug it off if they cant get instakilled
That's js a skill issue cz 2 supports pocketing is a death sentence for any dps😭
Imagine playing top tier dps and complaining against reaper xd
