Hi Shawn - Nice picks! The Trinity Sessions is awesome. I saw them in concert many many times. Fetchin Bones is totally new to me. Cool recods, with a couple of Canucks too!

Thank you Brian! Somehow I feel proud of myself showing a band in the genre I showed that you never heard of.

I’m a huge Cowboy Junkies fan. I left them out because I talk about them a lot and I recently did a video with the vinyl community guncles about them. Annie, Delores, Go-Go’s, Natalie are all artists I almost featured in my video but again, I talk about them all a lot. Great choices!!

All excellent choices. I particularly love Cowboy Junkies and Natalie Merchant. I've never heard it, but I'd definitely be interested in Hynde singing Dylan, too. Glad I'm not the only one who has a dog who enjoys barking in the middle of a video!

Hi Mark! Yes dogs were triggered on both of my posts over the weekend. I listened to The Christie Hynde Dylan covers record side one last night.

Hello Shawn...getting home after a long work day, relaxing and watching your thread entry. Great stuff! And, you are the only other person I have seen give a nod to Fetchin Bones! I showed them in either my first or second video (Bad Pumpkin). A band that deserved way more recognition. All four albums are worth it. That Chrissie Hynde/Dylan lp is new to me, and I saw Aimee Mann at a small club here in New Haven Ct in the early 90's or so, and her husband Michael Penn played with her also. The added bios were a nice touch. Thanks again for taking the time to make the video and mentioning my channel. All about having fun, and I appreciate it! 😎🎶🎸🎤

Hi Ed! On my part shame on me I should have watched your earlier videos! I had Fetchin Bones Monster growing up and lost it over the years. Definitely need to acquire again that one as well as Bad Pumpkin. I am really glad I found your channel and great vinyl tag you started! If you get to the chrissie signs Dylan (or you stream) if you can I would be interested to hear what you think.

I borrowed The Trinity Sessions from my public library way back in the nineties, and I’ve always meant to buy the album. I finally bought a Cowboy Junkies album this year, but it was Lay It Down. So, I still need The Trinity Sessions!

Thanks for the reply! I too am lacking on the Cowboy Junkies . Besides the Trinity Sessions I only have Songs Of The Recollection.

@@vinylshawn4757 I read an interesting bit of trivia earlier this year. The Timmins kids’ great grandfather was one of the chief mine operators in Ontario and he opened one of the biggest mines in the area that is now called Timmins, Ontario. The place’s namesake was the Cowboy Junkies’ great grandfather.

@@musicisajourney wow that is interesting. I remember reading something like that on an interview Margo did with not sure who. I remember going down the roots/ Americana rabbit hole for hours one weekend.
