This always seemed like a no brainer fact to me.
However, as a homoromantic guy, I have a different question and not sure if clinics do this. If I were to have some eggs fertilised with my sperm, and if I am at the point without a partner, do clinics practice dreezing a part of the eggs unfertilised, so that potentially, in the future, if I meet a partner that I want to have another child with, the remaining eggs can be fertilised with his sperm and the children are biological half-siblings?
Is that splitting and then fertilizing is safe ? Will there be any severe complications in babies when compared with normal gastrational surrogacy ?
