People complain about trailers of movies today spoiling the movie. This one seemed to do a pretty good job at that too. "Introducing John Travolta" See him driving, two seconds later see him crashing and his car exploding. Gee, I wounder what's gonna happen to this guy's first screen appearance?
You have to remember that from the time people saw the trailer to when they saw the movie was weeks to months. Chances are they would only have the memory of "yea, I wanted to see that."
