Unfortunately for this sign you will need Laser cutter.
Maybe you can make something similar with some tools but with laser cutter it will be great 😁

Just draw line make a contour around it and that conture weld or trim on object. Check another video with cat neon light sign . See the video with pauses and you will understand.

Where do you buy neon strips like that? Most neon strips on the market are thick.

It's called 2 components glue with spray activator. Package with One bottle with glue and one spray.
