Thank you! These are standoffs meant to sandwich a glass panel. I put a screw inside the tube and into the walnut pieces and then I used the bolt side on the backer board. The screw had to fit through the threaded diameter of the standoff if that makes sense
I guess you could consider this diy since he "did" it himself.. but I don't see how anybody actually taking the time to watch this video could learn much from his methods. His lighting method could be of some value but he skips over it pretty quick.

Lmao DIY lol…. Ya I’ll whip out my $5000 CNC out of my attic
more like 25K and up LOL
if a Laguna cnc that size was available for $5k I would sell my house and buy 50 of them lmao.
If I could whip out a 5k CNC, I’d rather just build the attic itself :)
@@reactorleak7432 I just brought a 4 x 5 cnc 150w power for $5,500
Its awsome work, dont get me wrong, but its not DIY if you start video with huge fricking CNC machine
Concept is defintely diy. I did accomplish with a large cnc

This is cool but not home DIY brother. This is professional business diy stuff.
All a perspective
Step one, zero your $35000 CNC to the material.
