It isn't true.Bohot saari spiritual books hume btati h k soul k pas choice hoti h immediately or after a short or long gap punar janam lene ki.Only in case of suicide, immediate janam lena hi pdta h.Har soul k pas right h k wo rest kr ske.Kafi introspection k baad souls wisely decide krti h when where and in which circumstances to reincarnate. Is sab mei soul k spirit guides and other masters help krte h.Nearly humare jeevan k sbi major events birth se pehle plan kiye jate h. Infact we chose our parents and other important relations.
In case of Vipsi and Ratoo,wo dono highly evolved souls thi aur ye unka decision tha k wo spirit world me reh kr poori mankind ko apni mother k through is tarh help krei.
Talking about our religious literature, you may find a clash in the facts stated.Pls understand spirituality encompasses all religions and surprisingly all religions state facts differently. Spirituality hume ek supreme ishwar jo prakash h uske baare me btati h .
