    You do an outstanding job with your t-shirt business. I don't usually leave comments, but I'm truly impressed by the creativity and quality of your designs. It's clear that you take great pride in your work, and your strong work ethic really shows in each piece you create - I wish more people had that attitude. Keep up the excellent work, I'll definitely be supporting your business and watching your journey.

    Me & my wife are just like yourself, we have a family small t shirts shop, we do all the stuffs all by ourselves, from design to shirts assembly, i believe you, that's a lot of work from 0 to the first t shirt printed and assembled. But that's what we do. Keep up the good work pal.

    I’ve been printing about 10 years and all of this. Just when you think you got it down, the universe slaps you in the mouth. But I love printing still and it’s a good side hustle. 🤘🏻🥁🤙🏼

    When you need space to load the shirt onto the platen bro get in-between the screens to load your shirts. That's the only comfortable way to load them. I have the same press

    • @baavproductions
      @baavproductions  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeahh wish there was a better way it’s too tight and moving between the screen and platen takes production time on a long run

    Hey Baav, digg'n watching your videos. It seems like you're into testing and R&D. Have your guy who does seps for you put a 10% open dot on your flash screen under areas that will have a top color(blues & reds), like on your red ink in this video. It'll do a few things for you. 1. Soften the hand. 2. It'll give some "tooth" for the red top color to bite into. 2A it'll give you a nice matte finish to the red ink(if that's what you want). (10% dot in my shop may not be the same in yours but you get it I'm sure)
    Also, I run a 45 LPI on 90% of all my work. Plus on over-lapping gradients, I always just change the print order to see what I get for a reference point, easy on a manual. I run 230's and 305's for gradients typically. Love seeing young people who appreciate the art of screen printing. Keep up the good work!

    If you hold the scoop coater flat against the screen you will have less spillage. Just tip it until the sides are touching the screen, not just the edge... Love your content!

    • @baavproductions
      @baavproductions  ปีที่แล้ว

      Ahhh great tip! I will definitely be putting that to use! I hate that excess spill at the edge of the screen

    I just came across one of your screen printing videos, question - why do you swipe backwards? You are going against the lifters on your machine? I have printing shirts since I was 14 and am 58 years now. If you pull your squeege towards you the lift adjustment on your machine will allow the ink to pass throw faster and more even.

    • @baavproductions
      @baavproductions  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey David, I did pull the ink towards me in this video though? If your referring to pulling the squeegee

    So when it comes to applying the second or third (etc) layer
    Is there some kind of "snap" or alignment on the machine itself or do you have to manually align it using the laser?

    Hey buddy new to screen printing here just want to let you know your videos have helped me out a ton.. I have a question for you nobody really shows the setting up of the other pallets after the first one is registered and off contact is established throughout all your colors to one particular pallet, I’m sure it’s pretty simple as far as the in and out position but how accurate are these multiple pallet machines from one pallet to the next as far as the off contact height and the XY axis do they vary from one to the next and if so how do you adjust for it? Do the pallets adjust up and down on these nicer machines? Congratulations on your new shop looks awesome!!

      When printing gradient designs your not suppose to flash the colors that are suppose to be gradient, your suppose to print wet on wet so the colors blend in with each other
