Dear Anna I’ve been watching some of your videos today and they were quite informative well I congratulate you for that because I have 8 years + with luxury brands. However in this video regarding saint Laurent bag if you have purchased from any of SL point of sale it’s not possible to negotiate the price further like your case from 40%to 60%, with manager or anyone because if it has any small damage scratches or anything it’s not allowed to be sold as per my previous experience with kering group policy 🤔

Hi! Gorgeous bag! Do you also hear a sound when touching the flap? I feel like the lock is kinda loose on mine and it does make some sound like clapping is it normal? I feel like the lock has to be kinda tight 😭

No I don’t have any strange sound when I use the lock. I suggest you to go to SL Butique if it’s factory faulty they will fix it for free.
