“How much do you want?”
“$20,000”
“I’ll give you 500 bucks”
“Deal” 🤝
500$ for dinosaur eggs and 50k $ for a wooden ciggars box. Lol
JFK Humidor, baby boomers love JFK and will pay $$$ serious ching ching for anything Kennedy owned. Whereas what the heck are you gonna do with a dinosaur egg?
I think they flipped the cigar box for a very nice profit.
Yeah seriously. that’s so wrong
I wouldn’t sell the dinosaur egg less then 1 milion $
Yea, a wooden cigar box that belonged to a very popular U.S. president that was assassinated under extremely suspicious circumstances...guess you forgot to add that part to the price...learn the value of things before just blurring crap outta ur mouth...smh🙄😒
Amazing how many experts live just a phone call away from the shop
I was thinking the same. 😂
Yeah, well their one gun expert is Hollywood prop gun wrangler.
Whatever that means?😂
Smart move by all those experts being in the Las Vegas area since there are over 70 pawn shops in the City.
They coordinate the shoot, and already know the items being offered, so their experts and "stars" already have the info. The experts will do their research and be ready for the shoot. At the appointed time, they close the store and use extras to mill around to give it the appearance of just a regular day at the store.
It's Vegas, everything goes 😂
Considering the Click Bait Title, at what point was Rick "Speechless" ?
thank you
Pawn Stars wore out its welcome 10 years ago. Just another sad click bait video
The only time Rick has been speechless is when the buffet ran out of ribs
Couldn't pay him to STFU lol
When they lost $2000.00
Lol O.J. is gonna show up at Rick's shop and try and steal his bronco back😅
😂😂😂
Not anymore
OJ dead. Dead dead.
That boat's sailed 🤣
Shut up, that stupid shit ain't funny...
If these pieces are so rare and so valuable... then why, oh why... are they trying to move them in a PAWN SHOP?!? To a PAWN BROKER?!? Even the most famous pawn shop in the world, is still just a pawn shop. They shouldn't even have to tell you that they have to make money. And these self entitled snobs stick to their guns, and walk away broke and empty handed. Like J.G. Wentworth clients, they NEED CASH NOW.
I dont know if they are snobs or not but a lot of them have no clue about how business works, its a Pawn Shop not a collectors shop.
@@hammer44head, now that you mention it, if someone has an inflated idea of the value of what they have, and are derisive of the value you put on it... Is that snobbish? Now I'm not sure. There ARE collector's shops. With jewelry, you'll get a much better deal at a jeweler's, for cash or trade. I've worked for Long's Jeweler's and they will bend over backwards to give you a fair deal. Selling a CAR to a pawnshop?!? These sellers are starving and desperate for cash, NOW.
@@markcollins2666 - Well it be a rather arrogant low IQ person to walk into a business saying their "asset" is worth so much and demanding a possible buyer pay that amount!!! Then getting butthurt and angry that they dont buy it for that much or at all!! Putting it up for a collector is a different story, but as always its up to a buyer to decide what its "worth" whatever a buyer is willing to pay is what its worth.
I've wondered that so many times over the last decade.
They don't know the true value of it...they find these things in attics, basements, and garage sales...buy an old book from a yard sale for a dollar, and find out it's a 300 yr old book written by a revolutionary war hero...value: 25K
I really don't believe a lot of the appraisers on this show. "In my opinion;" Rick; when he calls and the appraiser to come over, I think he tells the appraiser what he wants to pay over the phone. I think that the appraiser low-balls the piece so that Rick can negotiate a price that is lower than a third, possibly 25% of what it's true value is, and then the appraiser will get a cut of the profit. I'm probably wrong, but I just get that feeling.
I would guess, that Rick doesn't have to pay his appraisers. The show certainly will, for their time and expertise. If this wasn't a show, then yeah, you'd probably be right.
This show is a scam
I think the guy complaining was right, some of these appraisers are low-balling the values - they do it repeatedly.
A lot of "I think" when you actually mean "I'm pulling this out of my ass". Where is your evidence? No one gives a hoot about your feelings.
@@johnfrinkjr.2442 What's your evidence? Define a scam. Seems to be a bona fide pawn shop; its on the TV, they have real customers. Where is the scam?
"Best I can do is $25 bucks."
~Rick Harrison
That Bronco is worth about $10k or more these days, not because of O.J. But because it’s a clean 92 all original Bronco.
I’ll never understand why people take an item to a pawn shop and have the balls to ask full price.
That is wrong as hell...10k is a bold face ass lie! The bronco would be worth at least 25k today in that condition...so just stop talking if you don't know about car pricing!
"Why dont you take it home and remind yourself notnto be so dam stupid"... he says while staring at a turned off computer pretending its turned on 😂
“I have a buddy who’s a paleontologist” I believe that…I have three buddies, one is a nuclear biophysicist, one is a Japanese Samurai sword maker and the other is a jet propulsion engineer. We just had a few beers the other day,
When you guys walk into a bar.... do the jokes fly? Are they choppy? Or just explosive?
@@norhythm100 ..very nicely done.
I have a friend that is a swordsmith who lived in Japan for 20 yrs and learned the classic technique of making Katanas. Takes him 2 months to create the blades using the classic techniques.
So what...who cares
@@JayAnderson-sk2pq you are obviously too stupid to get the joke.
Clickbait! None of these were THAT special that Rick was speechless. Just a few ordinary days on the show. Thumb DOWN.
And clickbait photo of an interesting-looking item that wasn't in the video. Thumbs down by me, too.
Wow $500 for dinosaur eggs seems cheap to me
Bill Clinton's cigar box would fetch a pretty penny 😉 😉
Well cleaned i hope
Actually if it had cigars in it would be worth a sniff test 😂
There's a Monica joke in the somewhere.
the thing about cigar boxes is they depreciate with age and use, new ones are a tight fit and hold your cigar in place , the older ones tend to be a lot looser at the seems meaning the cigar doesnt even touch the sides , old or new your cigar is going to get damp 😉
I applaud the ones who held to their guns and walked out rather than let Rick bully them. 👏
The "old man" always cracked me up.
Old man had mafia ties back east , that’s who fronted the upstart money for the shop.
kkkkk, dinnossaur eggs, from £20,000 to £400 ? I'll never look for those eggs on my walkings in the woods !!
"I was offered 500,000 for the Bronco and I turned it down" The seller is a liar. No one offered him 500,000 and if they did, they werent serious anyways.
Amazing how real this looks 🤪🤪🤪.
Good to watch and edits it to straight to the point as well, love the way it’s done
Maybe it's prearranged just for the show, but it never fails that the 'experts' always give a 50% appraisal value of what the people ask for an item, and then Rick (or whoever) always rips them down to just 25% (or less) because 'he takes all the risks.'
but he does take all the risk, hes there to make money, OFC u "can" get more on auctions but thats not 100% sure it can go less
Exactly, these people would be so much better of on eBay. But I guess they woldn't get their 5 minutes of fame there.
Pawn Stars, American Pickers, and American Restoration were all fun shows.
Some blatant plants and some bad cheesy acting along the way...but they were fun.
Yeah cool entertainment and some good ol history lessons that werent boring or too dry to watch. Hard for me to understand why people get so uptight about a tv show?
🤨🤔$1,300,000 for O.J. Simpson's FRIEND'S White Bronco‽ NOT the Original O.J. drove in the infamous slow chase; which was later DESTROYED. UUUUMYEEAAAHNOOOPE!
I miss the Old Man's comments when the kids screw up on deals.
“Some people’s children” is one of my favorite quotes ever. I use it every now and then when someone royally messes up.
I would keep that mine kit. $800 is not a lot of money.
May be he was going through hard times
Sorry, but it’s time goes on. Nobody cares about O.J. Simpson’s bronco. Most of the young people don’t even know who that is anymore as years ago on the bronco will be worth nothing.
It’s not worth money but it belong to a serial killer. Rest in peace Ron and Nicole 😢
Yeah, but, then again, young people today don't know much about anything. Market doesn't care.
The bronco belonged to A.C. Cowlings 🌈
Yea we don’t care about Broncos, we like Jeep’s.
OJ is Orange juice yeah?
I think, they would pay only 5k for the Ark of the Covenant....
But its going to cost money to restore it, then it could sit in the shop for a long time, also there might not be a buyer, so theyll do 500, and thats taking a risk
I would never sell dinosaur eggs or legs... there are million years... i not rich... more the opposite... i would keep them or give it to a muesum for free so all can see them
It's the burn at the end for me ❤
Nobody in their right mind would give $1m for O.J.’s old Bronco, if he really did turn down $500,000 for it (which I seriously doubt) then he’s a moron. It might’ve be worth $30,000 to a museum of curiosities I suppose, but that’s pushing it…
How do we know if they're dinosaur eggs?
Crack it open and see if there's a dinosaur inside..d'uh
Take an ex-ray! Lol
It seems like they would be worth a lot more than what they sold for
They still got that bronko! I would have took it to the scrap yard!!!
That book for 5500, hell no. I don't take that deal at all
So where do they find all these experts they can call in on a whim?? 🤔
CLICKBAIT!
I just love how he just push the album across the counter
bend it and touched with his fatty fingers the signatures🤦🏻
CLICKBAIT THUMBNAIL
I live in the Philippines
You got my dislike for fake clickbait.
Same as don't like people putting videos up with clickbait titles
.... click on his channel and hit "don't show"
Seriously? This is pretty weak as far as clickbait goes...
Funny how the lady wants 20.000 but quite easily take 500 lol
We used to find alot of dinosaur eggs
If a guy named Lee came to the shop and Rick would ask him a question I’s refer to that moment as Rick asked Lee…
😏
the problem with Rik is he has made too much money so if he can't make big money and low ball the seller, he walks away.
As all these sellers could do as well, but they have even an other deal with the film team and cause of that they wouldn´t back off from it. Otherwise I recommend Sotheby´s
I heard some items are from their stock and they have an employee pose as a seller to make a story for TV@@jesseikavalko1520
This guy's an A Hole is My favorite clip on this video, lol😊
They are trying to convince us..that there were dinosaurs. I really admire how they go about trying to instill dumb ideas in to the people.
Great video. I appreciate the fact that you edited out the scripted nonsense, and get right to the point.
3:38
That 'expert' is a ringer.
These losers all cave too soon. Amazing they would go to a freaking pawn shop, with these rare items. PFFT! Please...
Things are only worth what someone else will pay for it.
what always amazes me is that people with beatles contracts or signed albums go into a pawn shop and expect collector prices. then get angry that they are offered a fraction of what they are after. Go to a fucking collector and not to a bloody retailer if you want top money, ffs.
They should bring in Keith Richards. This could easily be his first pet
Never sell prehistoric fossils in a damn pawn shop. Museums will offer you more than 1000% than the shit you get to only end up buying yourself a cheap ass mobile phone
Great editing
My bronco is identical to that one haha
How is there an expert on everything in that city?
More people have seen the pope mobile. 😂
The Brown Bess unlike some of the the other American rifles didn’t have “rifling” lands and grooves
Grandpa said take it home so it can remind you not to be so stupid 😂
@Trend Set Do you create any original content or do you just edit other people's work?
If i ended uo with the cigars id have smoked thm to 🤣🤣
Are you kidding me? I had a Brown Bess 3rd model used at the Battle of Alamo with the stock carved with the Mexican soldiers name, date, list of battles. One of my great Uncles picked it up at the Battle of San Jacinto. Back in 1996 my studio burned and I lost a great deal of historical artifacts. What survived I sent off to museums and the Brown Bess I donated to the NRA Museum. Now I regret it and should have donated it to the Alamo Museum. Back before I sent to the NRA around early 1980's the Alamo museum said they had no room for it in their collection. It seems they have a great deal of items in storage or just were amateurs running it at the time. Now I wish I still had it!
I’m just trying my luck with this and it is
Asking how much they are looking for BEFORE calling the expert?
Get the experts opinion first, then see what the prospective seller asks for it..
The guy with the Led Zeppelin Ibalbum was right. If I was the kind of person who can make 22k in a month I would have bought it on the spot
RIP OG Simoson
I'm gonna put that back for you😂😂😂
Woman has easy on him
I’d pay 20k for the led zeppelin one… low balled that one
speechless my butt lol
Want the green jim Morrison painting
Why aren’t these people getting the items appraised prior to going into the shop? The appraiser that Rick calls is always going to help his buddy out. That said, if you want top dollar, a pawn shop is probably not the best place sell your item.
Craigslist: 1992 Ford Bronco
Low miles
Perfect condition
Needs nothing
No low ball offers. I know what I have. $1,300,000
This guy : "I stay to 1000.000. " bro now you're not deserve 1$, famished eyes 😅
The agent bought O.J Bronco for $75 000 and hasn't been able to sell it. Currently on loan to a museum.
😅 Rick speechless? And Vegas will return your gambled money, too.
I'm speechless alright... At how much money people expect to get from something they have no clue about how much it's worth.
Why did rick shake that first guy hand like that🤔🤔? Thoughts? 😂😂😂😂
You'd have to get an apraisel. 😁😂
Easy old man you wasted money on zubert zirconia thinking it was a diamond 💎
Fair deals not every pawn shop takes paintings, or dinosaur fossils, cant w8 till opens museum.)
Seen all this a number of times before ! Anything new ?
A million dollars for a 1993 Ford Bronco??? I get the whole OJ connection but….its a Ford Bronco with 36k miles. Retail, it might go for $8-10k.
Fentanyl got one of em
The video itself wasn’t bad, but I just can’t support click bait and switch titles and thumbnails,
Bronco=$0.000
No ways, too expensive for a bronco!
I get af who's vehicle it was, it's a 93' Bronco! I'll never be worth more than 3k🤦♂️!
13:36 zeppelin isn't rock and roll 🤣they are rock and influenced heavy mental
No dinosaur bones are real
13:29 greatest cover band of all time, a good percentage of their songs were covered and stolen from blues artists , including stairway to Heaven and they never even gave the guy credit or any of the other artists
I like how he wants money back when it’s not worth what they pay but never goes halves in the profits when they make a good deal .
It'll be a consignment shop if he does that.
Think their offers was low ball...they probably have a deal with the appraisers.
Those dinosaur eggs would need to be xrayed. To see the bones of the dinosaur embryos.
its been reveal that all reality shows are fake so whats suprising is all the people clicking on this video in the first place!!!
A real dinosaur would be worth much more!
He tells the supposed experts what they want for it, and expert cuts in half and then Rick cuts in half.
I'll never sell the Bronco for under a million dollars. Yes, I would bet the same; You will never sell the Bronco.
Can't believe he turned down half a million dollars to hold onto that his whole life.
have all the chicken bones been cleaned out of it yet
Did they clean the taco sauce off the dash and the seat.
3k for bronco..
What would they pay for old coins ?
Agreed- CLICKBAIT
I like your cutting job but I don't need your voice over.
