- Hi all dear friend. Welcome back to my channel. It's so beautiful today with water hyacinth in the lake near railway in my village. I really love these flower so much. Brother Ny also love it and eat it all. it's could be cooked with soup and most villagers love to eat it raw with particular sauce.

When I was in school opp we had a big pond with this water Hyacinth . The flowers use to look so nice . at that time I did not know the flowers were edible . Only today from your vlog I knew. Your brother loves it he is enjoying it .

Sros I did not know that water hyacinth were edible, you have taught me something new. Here in parts of the US it is against the law to posses or grow water hyacinth.

In Indonesia the water hyacinth is called Eceng Gondok. I didn't know its flower is edible. People don't eat it here.
