🙌Hey...Wonderful, never know rose apple can make soup..?? If fresh Rose Apple juice yes....
The land around you is rich , full of plants vegetables and fruit trees. I am a foodie , my main obsession is food and veges all my life because I grew up hungry and very skinny, malnourished thru college in the Philippines. Even my stomach is stunted (LOL) because I cannot eat much even now.
I'm joyful for your children because food obviously is not lacking and you cook very well delicious and healthy dishes using
ingredients foraged from the land you sweat and labored to cultivate.
Had I been healthy , well nourished, not always hungry till college I might have been taller than 5 '2 " and a genius, ha ha . Who knows what potential I and hungry kids were robbed of. Veges , herbs, spices are loaded with supernutrients responsible for brain growth, protect and keep it healthy . The Philippines has the highest incidence of senile dementia in Asia. Their diet lacks spices, vegetables , herbs , but rich in sugar. They also detest gardening edibles even those who are in the poverty level tho the land around is fertile. A run down shanty would be surrounded with flowering plants but not a tree of malungay/moringa ( superfood and medicinal) which is idiot proof to plant. The world clamor for moringa. I encourage you to plant it . Your govt 's department of agriculture could help.
