Spinal growth is fairly easy to obtain at any age, but only if you know what you are doing, I hope I have provided you enough information for you to create a plan yourself.
But... in 99% of the cases people set up a wrong routine which actually harms their results in the long run (things like deadlifts and squats to boost hgh for example)
This is why I outlined a perfect course with scientific motivations which you can perfectly follow.
You can gain around 2-4 inches a year at EVERY age by following this course.
It's called The Skyscraper Method and you can get it here:
Trigger that and you WILL trigger growth after puberty, this is a part of what I teach in The Skyscraper Method, if you are interested in growing taller I suggest you join it: www.aesthetic-alimentum.com
Growth hormones speed up the process of spinal growth, besides the tips I have given in this video you can also get a course I made on that subject:

Last year i was 176cm, 16 yrs old. I fasted from 6am-12am everyday (and prayed a lot because i was that desperate) for about 3 months. I feel that 176cm should've been my final height owing to my bad posture and terrible sleeping patterns. At the end of the fast i was 181cm. I gained more height post-fast, now at 183cm. I outgrew both my parents! There is a magic to fasting and it should not be downplayed at all.

your best bet is to identify a question you have, research on PubMed (ncbi.gov), and that will lead to more questions. Abstract from the Pubmed article (posted in 1983) talking about growth after 19
    (boys)
    Abstract
Among 221 boys investigated, only 54% had the same (+/- 1 cm) body height at age 27 years as they had at age 19. Longitudinal observations of those boys indicate that the increment from 18 to 27 years is strongly dependent on skeletal maturation and even on such a distant event as age at peak height velocity. Average increment in stature was 2.13 cm, and the maximum increment was 7 cm. Late-maturing individuals are largely responsible for the differences in average stature observed in cross-sectional studies in the third decade of life.

@thenbaplayer9485 the majority (54%) of boys don't have any height increases after 19. Genetics is the reason any of them gain height after this threshold. (No surprise)

01:34 🦴 The cartilage discs (intervertebral discs) in your spine account for about 25-33% of your total spine height and 10-16.5% of your full height.
02:04 🌌 Gravity compresses your intervertebral discs while you sleep, making you taller in the morning. Astronauts also grow taller in space due to lack of gravity, but they lose the extra height upon returning to Earth.
03:41 💪 Amino acids like glycine, alanine, proline, and hydroxyproline, found in collagen, are crucial for cartilage and bone growth. Increasing your intake of these amino acids can boost height growth.
05:27 🍖 Animal protein, rich in collagen, is essential for height growth and may be even more important than genetics.
07:20 🚫 Avoid or minimize intake of muscle meat, plant protein, and egg whites as they contain tryptophan, cysteine, and methionine, which can hinder height growth by promoting protein breakdown.
09:11 🍊 Vitamin C is vital for collagen synthesis and maintaining cartilage health. It acts as an antioxidant and supports soft tissue healing.
12:28 📚 Additional information on height growth can be found in a course called the "Skyscraper Method," mentioned in the video description.

I would like to argue that amino acids such as tryptophan, cysteine, and methionine are crucial for certain processes throughout the body, but in higher amounts without the balance of other key amino acids is what causes the inflammation.
Yes, eating more gelatinous foods and possibly supplementing collagen will help bring that balance back, but don’t be afraid of these amino acids as they are present in everything for a reason.
Methionine is a major amino acid for regulation our bodies natural “detox” as it helps as a co factor in the methylation pathway to help get rid of toxins from our body along with cysteine.
Tryptophan is one of the major amino acids that can help us sleep, which is why after thanksgiving dinner, we feel sleepy. That Turkey is high in tryptophan, allowing a better production of melatonin. And without good sleep, how are we to optimize our HGH levels for proper growth.
Yes, there are nuances to everything, but I just wanted to clear the air for those who think those amino acids are bad altogether. Like the video says, balancing is the key part.

    • @lxstcheckll9348
      @lxstcheckll9348 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Yes and no, you can decompress the thoracic spine and the lower spine. Increase mobility but the basically isn’t going to grow from the stress in this case unless you eat high collagen food. You can help grow where the joint you have the can increase height like where the cap is, by doing full rom and tibulus raises. However, I recommend running fast as you can with intervals and side bend of the ankles. The neck can grow but it difficult to do and the stress will minugate as you reach max potential. So the growth will be insignificant unless you do for like decades.
