When a child act some certain way with an attitude, it tells you something about his/her mother. It tells you that the child's mom also has an attitude because kids pick up things very fast. My parents taught me respect and I respect those that senior me.

I agree with the others about saying parents instead. You're right, however. Her attitude became evident at the 2:38 mark when she said that her son didn't want Christmas. Really? Her son has no real power, and then to threaten him with withholding Christmas put a bad taste in my mouth.
That women who took a right on red should be compensated a day of pay by the State. I had the same thing happen to me and lost money because I had to be in court.

She still had forward momentum and was checking before/as she came to a "stop". I can understand being lenient on the first offense but to imply she did nothing wrong at all is not responsible for the judge in this case.

Guima Channel I’m from New York City where you CANNOT make right turns on reds. (Unless a sign says you can). Generally the rest of the state and most other states allow for Right turns on red. However, from my understanding, you’re supposed to stop first, before turning. - Like stop signs, people get lazy and do a “rolling stop” (slowing down, but not stopping completely), that’s where people get in trouble.
