Flight Review: easyJet EZ410 (SOU-GLA) + The Spitfire Lounge

Flying easyJet out of Southampton Airport in 2024, when I made my first trip from SOU in May 2016 I never thought I'd see easyJet at this airport doing regular services, but I am pleased in a way to be proved very wrong indeed!
The airline isn't operating a base at SOU, but has introduced a growing network linking Southampton to destinations within the UK, Spain and Switzerland. Given how small Southampton Airport is, I am keen to see how they sustain regular flights with Airbus A319/A320 aircraft.
But let's see how they do on this domestic service to Glasgow Airport, which I undertook in March 2024, so Come fly with me and let's find out!
Also whilst we fly from SOU again, let's pay another visit to the Spitfire Lounge!

Nice trip report, my friend is actually taking this flight on Friday when he comes to visit me. It's a real shame that easyJet have driven Loganair off the GLA-SOU route. Whilst a low cost carrier brings low fares, a once daily flight is not what this route needs so ultimately the travelling public lose out.

Maybe easyJet will increase capacity... problem is they also don't want to cannibalise the existing demand on their Glasgow-Gatwick route either...
