All Access: Floor at Midwest Elite MEGA | Bringing out the Performance and Upgrading

All Access with the Level 9 and 10's at Midwest Elite in Elgin Illinois. We get an inside look at the preparation for their upcoming first meet of the season (which was a few days after this filming). MEGA put in a new floor just before we filmed so coach Kristen Traversa has been started floor workouts with a panel mat plyo series. This series focuses on the backhandspring, the front handspring and the back tuck working on the quick punching on the new floor.
