  • TAYLOR DPD powder VS DPD liquid comparison.
    In this video I'm going through Taylor Test Kit K-2006 and Taylor Test Kit K-2005 comparing using DPD powder and DPD liquid chlorine to test free chlorine in your pool water. They do have different comparators and reagents in sets for measuring chlorine.

    Will the liquid one be easier to use on a very large pool in the backyard?

      The volume of the pool don't matter. But liquid one is sorta easier because you don't need to do mathematic calculations

    Looks like you still had a bit of pink in the powdered solution after titration.

      Yes Sir, gotta be crystal clear without pink shade, could of be 1 more drop of reagent needed. I don't remember though, may be I added after, but just picked this footage for video editing purposes as good one, hard to record holding camera in one hand and comparator in another 😀
