Black Screen/Weird Textures/No Voice/Can't Attack bug - Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Steam

Weird glitch that softlocks game, there a list of glitches when this glitch ocurrs.
Weird textures
No voices
Npc softlock when/after talk
Endless loading on fast travel
No map textures when press select
Black Screen on pause or after Chadley Battles
Party members chocobos are gone
Cloud can't pickup floor items at once on chocobo (He picks them up like he's not in a chocobo).
Can't use items
L1/LB can't be used
Can't use party skills/items

This is a huuuuuuge bug I am facing currently not sure if it's from a driver issue or gamecode but it's physically gamebreaking.
I saw your video in steam forums because I don't see people mentioning this bug as much as it seems to be happening.
I have yet to find a fix

I thought it was driver/gpu but this is a common bug when you reach Junon
I found this glitch once on Grasslands too.
Its a gamecode bug and hope Square fixes soon, i verified my files on steam and seems "fix" that bug.
This bug can vary, but the first signal is you can't go further than loaded area.
I faced some bugs like:
- Weird textures
- No voices
- Npc softlock when/after talk
- Endless loading on fast travel
- Black Screen on pause or after Chadley Battles
- Party members chocobos are gone
- Cloud can't pickup floor items at once on chocobo (He picks them up like he's not in a chocobo).
- Can't use items
- L1/LB can't be used
- Can't use party skills/items
