The girl who played Jiyeon is Qri, the current/5th leader of T-ara. Only Jiyeon, Qri, Eunjung and Hyomin are in this MV. In Cry Cry there's only Jiyeon, Hyomin & Eunjung In Lovey Dovey there's Qri, Eunjung and later Jiyeon (the one who driving and crying at the end is switching Jiyeon & Qri)
in the vid somewhere it shows a doctor taking off a bandaid from jiyeons face bc she got a her whole face done so that no one can recognize her. the girl playing jiyeons now is qri that's why the guy didn't recognize her
