What truly makes me appreciate this man even more is that he really does cook everything with love. Sometimes there’s videos where he’s from sun up until sun down cooking, and instead of half a**ing everything to get it done fast, he still takes his time in making sure everything is done right. Example....one by one every single patty was perfectly round....and they ALL made sure they were perfectly round....didn’t cut corners just finish quickly. ☺️☺️

I just love how so many of these recipes have a little bit of an Indian twist, with the amount spices, preparation, etc :) I tried making a smaller quantity of the recipe with all of the spices Grandpa used, and trust me when I say I'm never going back to frozen nuggets.

I've made some homemade chicken nuggets before, but never in a million years would I even think of attempting it without my trusty food processor. I even asked the butcher to grind the meat for me. Chickens eat everything, even their own friends. Commercial farms are just not allowed to do that for safety reasons since they would slaughter sick chicken only to feed them to the other chickens to cut operating cost, which could reinfect the other chickens.
