The extended 22-minute version is ad-free and includes a Stonehenge-like "Earth Clock", more details from the car, side trips, and a richer exploration of Vermont and New Hampshire's roadside features.

Great video for a Sunday morning while I drink my coffee. You inspire me to go for a ride, VT is a very beautiful state. It's nice to see the familiar sights when I'm being too lazy to venture out myself

Our channel sticker is on the world's largest file cabinet! We paused but didn't see it, must be on the other side! 😂
Such a great video! We stayed in Lincoln before driving the Kancamagus Highway.

Awesome! I'll look for your sticker next time I see a bunch of them. Did you happen to put one on a guard rail in the Green Mountains? I saw a bunch there and have more footage than what's on TH-cam.
Kancamagus drive coming up for us too 👍

I see you went through plainfeild and marshfield. You missed the wonders of barre. lol. And all the granite. One night when I was a kid my dad, and us kids caught 17 bullpout at joes pond. You got to see the remnents of the flooding. All that sand you saw in fields came from the hillside brooks on your right as you went up route 2 between east montpelier and marshfield.

The other option after you got lost would have been to continue east to St. Johnsbury and cross into New Hampshire there, then drive south to Lincoln through the Franconia Notch. You're technically on an interstate highway through the Notch, but the it shrinks down to a two lane freeway through there, an oddity in the US Interstate system.

It is just how we live here. None of us think new england, or northeast. We are thinking "how much snow are they saying for central vermont. Lol. That is the only time our locality comes into play. There are big rainbow and brown trout in the barre/montpelier area if you like fish.

Should have been playing Dueling Banjos when you started down the side road....... Seeing as how you are from Georgia........😊

Strange how the West Danville Bridge was covered only for pedestrians. The cars get wet but the people stay dry I guess.

Hahaha that’s the way to see Vermont just don’t live there unless you’re rich
