Hello traders,
Gold Pulse Expert Advisor is one of the profitable expert advisors in the MQL5 market. In this video, I will discuss the forward test results from HG Trade and from the Gold Pulse developer.
This expert advisor does not use a martingale or grid mechanism. The minimum capital to run this expert advisor is 250 USD, but it is recommended to use capital of 1000 USD to be able to maintain drawdown.
Here there are 8 gold pairs. Let's analyze the forward test results for more detailed information.
First, I will review the forward test results from the Gold Pulse developer. Forward test trading is carried out over a period of 6 weeks. With capital of 500 USD, the profit generated is 199 USD or a growth of 40%, while the biggest drawdown is 10%.
Next, I will show the forward test trading that I carried out. Here, I started from April 25th and at the time this video was made it was May 17th or around 3 weeks, with capital of 1000 USD. You can see the advantages and disadvantages of each open trade transaction here. All open trades use a lot size of 0.01, with profits ranging on average 2 USD and losses under 1 USD.
For 3 weeks, the largest drawdown was recorded at 6.10% of capital of 1000 USD. In total there were 16 open trades with a win rate of 75%. The best best trade reached 624 pips.
I ran this forward test using 4 gold pairs, and all of them produced profits. The most profitable pair is gold to USD.
To run this expert advisor, it is recommended to use a fast VPS with low latency to get optimal trading results. I have provided a fast VPS registration link with low latency in the video description.
For the expert advisor settings, I will also show it to you as review material if you want to use this expert advisor. The time frame I use is 1 hour, and details of the parameters I use can be seen here.
The lot size setting is automatically set every 1000 USD and will open a trade with a lot of 0.01.
OK, this is part 2 of the Expert Advisor Gold Pulse trading test for 3 weeks. The profits generated are quite stable with relatively low drawdown. The method used also does not use dangerous mechanisms such as martingale.

Thanks for the great videos and also for the free EAs. I backtested the Pulse EA. At first glance, this EA produces a very good graph, but when you look at the results of the trades, you notice that some trades are held for almost 2 years before the EA closes them. This EA works WITHOUT a stoploss, or with a HUGE stoploss. So be careful. You could trade the EA with a very large account and with small lots
