Show me why I fell again.” He showed me in vision, the enemy, a demon in the room with me. I heard in my ear “she gave in again” and maniacal laughter. Then, I saw. It's been 2023 for about 30 mins, and I have struggled with this for years, but no more, I am going to beat this addiction starting now. Also, if this yoke of bondage seems as though it won't loosen its grip on you, then you MUST fast! Do it as best as you can and as often as you can. Fast and pray. So yes God can do anything, but its up to us to stick to it He is not limited, just as he healed the eyes and legs or ppl in seconds in the past, he can still do so now

But the more you practice saying no, or for the analogy running, the easier it gets over time. The temptation will always be there my friend, but you will get better at rejecting it. Instead of feeling shame for feeling tempted, pray for the strength to resist it. Jesus was tempted by the devil himself after 40 days and 40 nights but rejected all the temptation in less than a day. Think about how short of a time you have to be able to resist in order to overcome it.

Okay, Rob Ross. I'll pray for you. Let me still give you some practical tips than will help. Human beings are vessels, we bring out what we take in. We take things in, through our eyes, ears, etc It is harder to overcome masturbation when we feed our eyes on lustful things excessively. We see them through movies and pornographic pictures Do you also listen to communication and music that promote sex? All these worsen your addiction and make it difficult for you to overcome masturbation. Work on doing this: Fill up yourself with God's word through the scriptures. Give time daily to reading the word. Look up scriptures that talk against immorality and not obeying the flesh, e.g Romans 6-8; Gal 5; Phil 4:8 Fortify yourself with God's word and you will realise that you will lose interest in the things that displease God. Also, you should continue to serve God in the way you can even if you are not completely delivered. He will give you complete deliverance in due time We can talk more, zero eight one six eight seven zero seven four seven one
Here is how I accomplished it after over 40 years. Previously I tried to do it, stop for god. I finally realized I couldn't, not without God help The moment you begin to have a lustful thought while looking at a woman, or looking at anything, thinking of porn or thinking of masturbating you have already lost. It's just a matter of the spirits wearing you down at that point. Here is how you win the fight. Imagine that every lustful thought or trigger is being placed in your mind by an evil spirit who hates Jesus and hates the name of Jesus Christ and wants to drag you to hell. cuz it is. You will never accept another thought in your mind. You are going to destroy it within milliseconds. That is your trigger to say, pray in spirit:" Jesus Christ I am thankful for my blessings, Jesus Christ I love you, Jesus Christ I trust you Jesus Christ I praise you" over and over at least three times. Stop, if the thought comes back, say it again. You will get good at it, before the thought even completes itself before the imagery even forms in your mind. I talk trash to the spirit and say, oh you want me to praise the name of Lord Jesus Christ again okay. Oh, you must really love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and keep reminding me to praise His name, let me do it again! 5 minutes later, 10 minutes later, 1 hour later, say " wow you really got me becoming holy follower praising Jesus christ in spirit all day and night" You must do this at home when you're alone, you can do this when you're out in public around people, you can even do this while you're having a conversation with someone. Evil spirits can only do so much to put little triggers in your mind to cause you to sin. After a while, if the only response they get from you is praises to Jesus then they will flee. You may have to learn to increase the spiritual amplitude of your praises. It's difficult to explain what that means but just compare and contrast the difference between just low-energy mumbling in your thoughts Jesus I love you versus shouting into the spirit realm where you can actually visualize the energy coming from your entire body. It's not so much shouting but visualizing energy of your words vibrating the walls and ground. It is no less than spiritual warfare but all you have to do is invoke the name of Jesus Christ. Be prepared , because they will look for other angles to trick you. This is what Jesus meant when he said With God all things are possible!

I was a victim of this act for quite a while now, most times I did it because of stress or negative emotions until I came across this video a week or 2 before and I cannot give thanks enough that this video came my way. It has opened my eyes to so many things that I immediately tried to desist from doing the act, I read mh bible, went to God in prayer and confessed that what Ive done is unclean and its a sin. I asked him to give me the strength and the courage to quit the act, my first attempt failed ofc even though I was able to go two days without doing it and best believe temptations are gonna come ur way the moment you try to quit and ure gonna fail at first but its all a process. As long as u dont quit the Lord will give you strength to overcome the temptations of the devil. Lucifer is a veery deceptive, manipulative and persuasive being and the moment he sees ypu going the path of the Lord hes gonna turn the heat up and send obstacles ur way. Gotta hold on to prayer and keep the faith in the most high and he'll carry you through your problems. My second attempt at quitting masturbation has being going well so far because I got rid of things that would trigger the urge to do it(pornography etc) and now Ive gone a week without doing it and even til now I dont have any urges whatsoever to masturbate anymore. My advice is to trust in God and confess that what uve done is unclean and confess it as a sin, then try ur best to get rid of ANYTHING whatsoever that triggers you to do the act because the devil uses those triggers as a way to lure you into doing the act and before you know it ure back to square one. Masterbation is a sin and you'll be a happier individual once you quit it. Thats my testimony and I thank God for whoever made this video, it changed my life aloot. Keep up the good work

I was delivered from all my addictions also. I believe God took away my addiction to pornography, alcohol, drugs and marijuana! They were hurting my mind, body and soul. Now I still suffer from depression, anxiety and Diabetes amongst other health problems but I believe God is with me and have faith in Jesus as my Savior. I still get angry at God and people when I am suffering and people mistreat me or their in denial about their wrong actions and addictions so I have had to cut many people off and discontinue my friendships with them because they were toxic to be around and they disturbed my peace of mind. Find someone to be accountable to and confess your sin to them if you fail. Pray with this person and fight it together. Find scripture that deals with this subject (there’s lots of it) and keep the scripture close to your heart write it down and memorise it and use it as a weapon when you feel tempted. Remember God is on your side and wants you to overcome this sin He will help you overcome it I promise you it is a really hard battle but win the battle in the mind and half the battle is over. I also reacted to them by withdrawing a lot from God. I’m trying to find my way back now. Returning to God has been a slow process for me.
I have been struggling with masturbation ever since I was like 12 but I never told my family about it. To be honest I didn't even know what I was doing was maturbation until i started reading on it years later. Afteri was reborn this july I have been praying morning and night and reading my bible as consistently as I can. I can say confidently that I haven't done it since or have wanted to do it. Even when there was a moment last week where I was so tempted I pushed through while leaning on God. When I am stressed and at my worst I fall into this sin, so I'm going to need to trust that I will have the strength from God to get through my first week of school next week without the stress pushing me towards this sin again. I BEEN RESEARCHING THIS SUBJECT 30 YEARS and if God and jesus was so concerned with masturbation that they never mentioned it in the entire bible but they did mention every other sexual sin more than 1 time and the verses that was used about masturbation can apply to anything like over eating, cursing, swearing or anything. so im not buying it. how can you look upon a woman and lust with your eyes closed?? and a single man can not commit adultery only married people can. single people commit fornication. jesus was talking to married people. yes lusting to porn is a sin with your eyes but you cant lust with your eyes closed. the bible never mentions with eyes closed only with eyes open. so your masturbation theory is busted. bible also says if a man spills his seed he is unclean until sun down it does not say it is a sin. how can jesus hold us guilty for masturbation when it was never mentioned not 1 time in his entire bible?? theres not 1 shred of proof in the entire bible masturbation is a sin its only religious theories no proof. looking at porn and naked women causes lusting which is a sin rather if you masturbait or not. you cant look at anything and lust when your eyes are closed all you can see is black. darkness. so that kills that theory and there is nothing left that says the act of masturbating is a sin. bible says unclean until sun down and sins dont go away at sun down you have to repent. so your masturbation theory is nothing but a theory like the big bang theory of creation. if God will send us to hell for something that he did not make clear to us or hid it from us or just lightly hinted to us in the entire bible then he is not a fair and just God because we do not know we are sinning if its not in the bible Gods law book. What set Me free from sin was realising that Jesus paid for all my sin and took it all away. God is no longer mindful of my sin and neither am I. I just live My life in Christ Jesus and Im now totally freed from the grips of sin and the condemnation it beings.

Glad to know I’m not alone. I’ve been struggling with perversion all of my life being exposed to it and sexual abuse in the earlier stages of my life. I have lost many friends and partners to my sin, even ended up pushing away my now wife back when i was 18 (21 now) I am beginning my journey with god i just pray i can be the person god wants me to be. I was struggling this morning so bad and I prayed and picked up my bible and started reading got my minds off of it and then this video popped up God is soooooooo amazing and all you have to do is open your mind and your ears just listen and he will answer praise God thank you lord for all you do
It's completely normal and in our human nature. I don't feel God is going to cast you into the pits of hell for all eternity over some tug and pull. God has a sense of humor, I'm sure it's comical.
We all have that feeling,that voice that worns you that you are about to do something wrong,thinking something wrong, listen to it first. God was tempted as well and he used scripture to overcome temptation,you can do the same. As soon as that thought comes in your head, stop it and say, God i give this thought to you and please help me not to get these sexual thoughts. Remove all temptations from you and your reach. Pray and read the bible everytime you feel tempted.

But the more you practice saying no, or for the analogy running, the easier it gets over time. The temptation will always be there my friend, but you will get better at rejecting it. Instead of feeling shame for feeling tempted, pray for the strength to resist it. Jesus was tempted by the devil himself after 40 days and 40 nights but rejected all the temptation in less than a day. Think about how short of a time you have to be able to resist in order to overcome it.

It is harder to overcome masturbation when we feed our eyes on lustful things excessively. We see them through movies and pornographic pictures
Do you also listen to communication and music that promote sex?
All these worsen your addiction and make it difficult for you to overcome masturbation.
Work on doing this: Fill up yourself with God's word through the scriptures. Give time daily to reading the word. Look up scriptures that talk against immorality and not obeying the flesh, e.g Romans 6-8; Gal 5; Phil 4:8
Fortify yourself with God's word and you will realise that you will lose interest in the things that displease God.
Also, you should continue to serve God in the way you can even if you are not completely delivered. He will give you complete deliverance in due time

Here is how I accomplished it after over 40 years. Previously I tried to do it, stop for god. I finally realized I couldn't, not without God help
The moment you begin to have a lustful thought while looking at a woman, or looking at anything, thinking of porn or thinking of masturbating you have already lost. It's just a matter of the spirits wearing you down at that point.
Here is how you win the fight.
Imagine that every lustful thought or trigger is being placed in your mind by an evil spirit who hates Jesus and hates the name of Jesus Christ and wants to drag you to hell. cuz it is. You will never accept another thought in your mind. You are going to destroy it within milliseconds.
That is your trigger to say, pray in spirit:" Jesus Christ I am thankful for my blessings, Jesus Christ I love you, Jesus Christ I trust you Jesus Christ I praise you" over and over at least three times. Stop, if the thought comes back, say it again.
You will get good at it, before the thought even completes itself before the imagery even forms in your mind. I talk trash to the spirit and say, oh you want me to praise the name of Lord Jesus Christ again okay. Oh, you must really love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and keep reminding me to praise His name, let me do it again! 5 minutes later, 10 minutes later, 1 hour later, say " wow you really got me becoming holy follower praising Jesus christ in spirit all day and night"
You must do this at home when you're alone, you can do this when you're out in public around people, you can even do this while you're having a conversation with someone.
Evil spirits can only do so much to put little triggers in your mind to cause you to sin. After a while, if the only response they get from you is praises to Jesus then they will flee. You may have to learn to increase the spiritual amplitude of your praises. It's difficult to explain what that means but just compare and contrast the difference between just low-energy mumbling in your thoughts Jesus I love you versus shouting into the spirit realm where you can actually visualize the energy coming from your entire body. It's not so much shouting but visualizing energy of your words vibrating the walls and ground.
It is no less than spiritual warfare but all you have to do is invoke the name of Jesus Christ. Be prepared , because they will look for other angles to trick you.
This is what Jesus meant when he said With God all things are possible!

I was a victim of this act for quite a while now, most times I did it because of stress or negative emotions until I came across this video a week or 2 before and I cannot give thanks enough that this video came my way. It has opened my eyes to so many things that I immediately tried to desist from doing the act, I read mh bible, went to God in prayer and confessed that what Ive done is unclean and its a sin. I asked him to give me the strength and the courage to quit the act, my first attempt failed ofc even though I was able to go two days without doing it and best believe temptations are gonna come ur way the moment you try to quit and ure gonna fail at first but its all a process. As long as u dont quit the Lord will give you strength to overcome the temptations of the devil. Lucifer is a veery deceptive, manipulative and persuasive being and the moment he sees ypu going the path of the Lord hes gonna turn the heat up and send obstacles ur way. Gotta hold on to prayer and keep the faith in the most high and he'll carry you through your problems. My second attempt at quitting masturbation has being going well so far because I got rid of things that would trigger the urge to do it(pornography etc) and now Ive gone a week without doing it and even til now I dont have any urges whatsoever to masturbate anymore. My advice is to trust in God and confess that what uve done is unclean and confess it as a sin, then try ur best to get rid of ANYTHING whatsoever that triggers you to do the act because the devil uses those triggers as a way to lure you into doing the act and before you know it ure back to square one. Masterbation is a sin and you'll be a happier individual once you quit it. Thats my testimony and I thank God for whoever made this video, it changed my life aloot. Keep up the good work

Find someone to be accountable to and confess your sin to them if you fail. Pray with this person and fight it together. Find scripture that deals with this subject (there’s lots of it) and keep the scripture close to your heart write it down and memorise it and use it as a weapon when you feel tempted. Remember God is on your side and wants you to overcome this sin He will help you overcome it I promise you it is a really hard battle but win the battle in the mind and half the battle is over. I have been struggling with masturbation ever since I was like 12 but I never told my family about it. To be honest I didn't even know what I was doing was maturbation until i started reading on it years later. Afteri was reborn this july I have been praying morning and night and reading my bible as consistently as I can. I can say confidently that I haven't done it since or have wanted to do it. Even when there was a moment last week where I was so tempted I pushed through while leaning on God. When I am stressed and at my worst I fall into this sin, so I'm going to need to trust that I will have the strength from God to get through my first week of school next week without the stress pushing me towards this sin again. Sorry for the long story. I just wanted to share my experience with masturbation and how God has turned my life around.

Here is how I accomplished it after over 40 years. Previously I tried to do it, stop for god. I finally realized I couldn't, not without God help
The moment you begin to have a lustful thought while looking at a woman, or looking at anything, thinking of porn or thinking of masturbating you have already lost. It's just a matter of the spirits wearing you down at that point.
Here is how you win the fight.
Imagine that every lustful thought or trigger is being placed in your mind by an evil spirit who hates Jesus and hates the name of Jesus Christ and wants to drag you to hell. cuz it is. You will never accept another thought in your mind. You are going to destroy it within milliseconds.
That is your trigger to say, pray in spirit:" Jesus Christ I am thankful for my blessings, Jesus Christ I love you, Jesus Christ I trust you Jesus Christ I praise you" over and over at least three times. Stop, if the thought comes back, say it again.
You will get good at it, before the thought even completes itself before the imagery even forms in your mind. I talk trash to the spirit and say, oh you want me to praise the name of Lord Jesus Christ again okay. Oh, you must really love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and keep reminding me to praise His name, let me do it again! 5 minutes later, 10 minutes later, 1 hour later, say " wow you really got me becoming holy follower praising Jesus christ in spirit all day and night"
You must do this at home when you're alone, you can do this when you're out in public around people, you can even do this while you're having a conversation with someone.
Evil spirits can only do so much to put little triggers in your mind to cause you to sin. After a while, if the only response they get from you is praises to Jesus then they will flee. You may have to learn to increase the spiritual amplitude of your praises. It's difficult to explain what that means but just compare and contrast the difference between just low-energy mumbling in your thoughts Jesus I love you versus shouting into the spirit realm where you can actually visualize the energy coming from your entire body. It's not so much shouting but visualizing energy of your words vibrating the walls and ground.
It is no less than spiritual warfare but all you have to do is invoke the name of Jesus Christ. Be prepared , because they will look for other angles to trick you.
This is what Jesus meant when he said With God all things are possible!

Glad to know I’m not alone. I’ve been struggling with perversion all of my life being exposed to it and sexual abuse in the earlier stages of my life. I have lost many friends and partners to my sin, even ended up pushing away my now wife back when i was 18 (21 now) I am beginning my journey with god i just pray i can be the person god wants me to be. The moment you begin to have a lustful thought while looking at a woman, or looking at anything, thinking of porn or thinking of masturbating you have already lost. It's just a matter of the spirits wearing you down at that point.
Here is how you win the fight.
Imagine that every lustful thought or trigger is being placed in your mind by an evil spirit who hates Jesus and hates the name of Jesus Christ and wants to drag you to hell. cuz it is. You will never accept another thought in your mind. You are going to destroy it within milliseconds.
That is your trigger to say, pray in spirit:" Jesus Christ I am thankful for my blessings, Jesus Christ I love you, Jesus Christ I trust you Jesus Christ I praise you" over and over at least three times. Stop, if the thought comes back, say it again.
You will get good at it, before the thought even completes itself before the imagery even forms in your mind. I talk trash to the spirit and say, oh you want me to praise the name of Lord Jesus Christ again okay. Oh, you must really love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and keep reminding me to praise His name, let me do it again! 5 minutes later, 10 minutes later, 1 hour later, say " wow you really got me becoming holy follower praising Jesus christ in spirit all day and night"
You must do this at home when you're alone, you can do this when you're out in public around people, you can even do this while you're having a conversation with someone.
Evil spirits can only do so much to put little triggers in your mind to cause you to sin. After a while, if the only response they get from you is praises to Jesus then they will flee. You may have to learn to increase the spiritual amplitude of your praises. It's difficult to explain what that means but just compare and contrast the difference between just low-energy mumbling in your thoughts Jesus I love you versus shouting into the spirit realm where you can actually visualize the energy coming from your entire body. It's not so much shouting but visualizing energy of your words vibrating the walls and ground.
It is no less than spiritual warfare but all you have to do is invoke the name of Jesus Christ. Be prepared , because they will look for other angles to trick you.
This is what Jesus meant when he said With God all things are possible!

I was struggling this morning so bad and I prayed and picked up my bible and started reading got my minds off of it and then this video popped up God is soooooooo amazing and all you have to do is open your mind and your ears just listen and he will answer praise God thank you lord for all you do

It's completely normal and in our human nature. I don't feel God is going to cast you into the pits of hell for all eternity over some tug and pull. God has a sense of humor, I'm sure it's comical.

Sex is completely normal indeed , that's why we need marriage because sex is for ONENESS , not for loneliness.
We all have that feeling,that voice that worns you that you are about to do something wrong,thinking something wrong, listen to it first. God was tempted as well and he used scripture to overcome temptation,you can do the same. As soon as that thought comes in your head, stop it and say, God i give this thought to you and please help me not to get these sexual thoughts. Remove all temptations from you and your reach. Pray and read the bible everytime you feel tempted.
