A bit of a funny week on the Courier Exchange....your thoughts requested on my little problem

A bit of a strange week on the Courier Exchange and I am wondering if I did the right thing...
Your thoughts please.
Incidentally, the last load of the day on Friday was a short distance load for £35 and I just took the hit on the dead miles for an early finish. Had I wanted to stick around I am pretty sure I could have found a better load....but I was pretty sold on the idea of a long weekend. 😀
