DIY Disney Graduation Cap WITH LIGHTS

- Hello all and welcome to my channel! In this video I will be showing you how I decorated my graduation cap. Just FYI tip about the lights...they make an LED with a single circular battery and it lasts several hours. I use it for my Cosplay and Halloween, it would be super light! You can get them online, if not at a craft store these days.
Can you drop a link for the lights? I was wanting to remake this for my graduation. If you know of somewhere where I can get the same lights but WHITE, that would be awesome

Thank you so much for this! I saw this cap on Pinterest and I knew this was the one but I had no clue how to get it done!
Just a heads up with the battery pack, they do make really thin battery packs that you would typically use in this kind of application. They're thin and light weight which makes them very easy to insert directly into your cap material. Since this uses three I would balance out the packs. I will warn to test them before you sew/glue them in place, and don't mess around too much with lighting them up or the battery will drain before your big day.
I would get lights that have a watch battery instead of AAA/AA batteries. It wouldn't be as heavy

Your graduation cap is so pretty!😍 I have a question though, I want my grad cap to look like this and I looked at the LED lights you used and they’re 10 ft, how were you able to put the LED lights on the grad cap if they’re length is 10 ft long ?
Congrats to you on your graduation. Excellent. I'm very impressed with what you did with your cap 👏. Looks like a lot of work and patience to do ut, but I'm inspired. I graduate next year with my Master's so I may do something similar. Those lights are gorgeous and takes the cake with the entire decoration.
Wouldn’t the battery pack put slot of weight on the cap ? I’m confused on how it stayed on, bye it’s so pretty
my graduation is today, and i remade this. one problem... the battery pack is really heavy and my cap won’t stay on my head. I’m graduating in a couple of hours and i don’t know what to dooooooo. haha whoops
Saraí Kenzy Cárdenas hey girl! I’m sorry i’m late with this response. I realized that the battery pack weighed down the cap so I taped a basic headband to the inside of the cap and used the headband to hold it up. I’m sorry I couldn’t get back to you before your graduation. Congrats though!
