My husband wins the award for learning new words!! I can't help but roll my eyes. He'll say firetruck, cow, horse, airplane. I just look at him and say, "very good, you're learning your words."
So refreshing to see such interesting merchandise at such fantastic prices! The Habitat for Humanity IS the most amazing store I've seen ever!! Thanks for showing this to us.
Wonderful that the framed pieces were displayed side by side, instead of being banged against each other. Much better for framed goods that are donated.
Modra pottery is from Slovakia. My grandmother had a similar narrow (yet round circular jug) with feet like the large one on the shelf. Her son bought it there and several small vases for her kitchen. Brought back memories seeing similar goods from the 1960s - 1970s that were made there.
Pricing is a lot better than our Goodwills. Very nice thrift store. Love all the doggies. lol. OMGosh; all those adorable salts and peppers. Wow! Those soap bathtubs are great. I love mine I have soaps in wrappers from the 60s still. lol OMGosh ! the wood puppet toys and those chicken baskets! The super adorable and glass finds never end there. Wow, wow, wow!
Store #2 Was very fun with lots beautiful items .It was very well organized. The shelf's were clean and not over crowded ..I thought the prices were fairly reasonable considering the condition of the item...You did very well with your purchases..I could tell you that the people who work there Care about their work and Store . Have fun and go shopping .❤❤❤❤❤
I was recently in NJ around the Trenton and Lakehurst areas and thrifting at the Goodwills, 2nd Ave Thrift Stores, and Red White and Blue Stores. The prices weren’t bad and I got some great name brand items to resell. I hope you enjoyed your time there. Luv your videos❤
Hey....That's one of my Goodwills ! I looked at snail, shaker & hoof too ...lol....I went straight for those pictures, hoping they were dried flowers. Great to see videos from NJ !
If you ever decide to come to Branson Mo, in the beautiful Ozark Mountains, not only are we the live music show capital of America, but the thrift stores are incredible. I’m sure you’d find plenty of great bargains.
I was like a kid in a candy shop at that second store, as I’m sure you were as well listening to the excitement in your voice as you found another little treasure 😊…and yes I fully support that sign about pets in the home. I have 2 chihuahuas and they are the loves of my life 🐶 🐾 💕
OMG that's a Goodwill? That's amazing! It looks like a discount or department store. An eclectic Ross. And great buys today. I think i like the look and the not as busy look. Enjoy your time in NJ.
Wow that habitat store is amazing. Lots of good treasures. Have fun in New Jersey. 😊😊 and yes I yell out look there's a cow, horse etc.like I've never seen one before 😂😂😂
Oh wow Danni I would certainly go broke in this store, I love the rocking chair, you are going to need more than one extra suitcase for this trip lol, thanks for sharing these amazing finds
Awww you were is my home area of Warren County. I was going to stop at habitat today but chose not to and now I got to see it all without leaving my house! That habitat also recently opened "The Hut" which is their clothing, shoes and jewelry location. Not nearly as large but nice. I have to find that Goodwill you were in. I tend to go to the PA locations which have higher prices. Glad you got to visit my piece of NJ.
I need to clarify my previous comment. Even though I have allergies, I would never be mean to any animal. I help care for family dogs when they go away. I may suffer for a few days but that keeps them out of the boarding kennels. Hopefully you understand where I am coming from.
I purchased a few things last time we were in Vegas at the Goodwill stores and at the hotel gift shop at Southpoint. I shipped it all home at the mail center in the Southpoint Hotel, It weighed about 15 pounds and they only charged us $20. Other places we have gone I have had to buy new suitcases to get it all home. I have quite a selection of suitcases now! Lol!!!
At 9 years old we were driving from NJ to relocate in PA.....and it was "look at the cows, look at the cows, look at the cows!" said really fast. Glad you found some interesting places to shop.
Both those stores were awesome, Danni! Now thrifting in New Jersey is on my bucket list. I was thinking that you could have still saved that snail for Rachel. She could've painted the antenna (or eyes) that broke to match the other one & it would just be like it touched something & it partially went back inside. Wala!! It's perfect! 😊 I wish I was there with you shopping in the 2nd store. There are so many things I would have picked up. See ya on the next one. ❤ PS I almost forgot that sign. Yes, I fully support! I have an American Bulldog & a Terrier mix. Both rescue dogs & both about 13. We are taking my sweet Bulldog in on Tuesday to see if she has cancer. 😢🙏🏻💔Prayers or good thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Ive already lost one of my sweet dogs to cancer & its just so hard. But I can't be w/o the love of a fur baby, so I will take the hard with the good. ❤❤❤
That piece you thought was Pioneer Woman had the bottom broken off it. It sat crooked when you put it down. You would be amazed at what I have packed in my suitcase to bring home on the train that was breakable and it survived.
Hi Danni! Welcome to my home state! I grew up in Northeastern NJ but now live in NYC. Would you mind sharing what cities/towns the Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity were located in? Thank you, Katia
I live in NJ and am very curious what Goodwill you visited? Please answer if you can. Over the summer and early fall, I embarked on a thrift store road trip of sorts and now am trying to get to ones closer to home. I know you said it was fairly new, so I checked Goodwill PR, so I think I’ve narrowed it down. Thanks for the video highlights. I’m not a reseller- I’m a DIYer and collector! Thanks in advance.
I heard you mention Peggy Carr glass. There was a studio in NJ that had classes. Maybe that's why the piece wasn't signed. They also had "seconds or imperfects" sales.
The glass that looked like a perfume bottle without the bottom is actually a reproduction of and antique perfume bottle. I have that one. Came thru my Mama's family.
My husband wins the award for learning new words!! I can't help but roll my eyes. He'll say firetruck, cow, horse, airplane. I just look at him and say, "very good, you're learning your words."

Maybe you wanted to say “pleasing to the eye”….I love that last store you went to! Thanks for taking us along! Be safe and have fun❤

That glass with the open bottom I was thinking of a candle sniffer? I love hearing you oooh & awe.
Your having a soul fun & it makes me smile
Oh my goodness, Danni, l was oohing and aahing right along with you. What an amazing shopping trip! I can't wait for you to drop the next video!
@KimVolante-r6j Me too!
I couldve spent all day there. No way in only 30 minutes! Way cool video. I'll probably watch it again.
Where in New jersey
My grandmother collected salt and pepper shakers. She had a washing machine and that same lawnmower. Memories!!!!! 🥰🇨🇦
😮❤wow what an amazing store! Thanks for taking us along! 😊

Aesthetically pleasing are the words you were looking for, Dani.
I thought she meant how things are “ displayed”.
Wow! That store is AMAZING!!! I could shop there all day too!
Hi, Sorry I missed you. You were literally right around the corner from my house when you stopped @ The Warren Cty. Habitat. Hope you enjoyed NJ. 🤗
Thank you for sharing the location. We shop Manville often but this store is 3x that.
Oh this was fun! Thanks for taking us along.
Ooohh my! I am really envious of the selection, at the habitat!
That was so fun. I saw things that I couldn't have left behind.

Our Habitat for Humanity sure doesn't look like this one! I'm wowed. I love that cat!!!
That store is so well curated!
I live in Jersey, and I love the thrift stores. I only go to Goodwill if I'm desperate for a fix because we have so many great options.
Aesthetically pleasing is what you wanted to say!
I love the pets sign, too!
The tall piece you saw was the top to the ink well.
Fabulous shopping today! I would have had a cart full of stuff! Envious here in Chicago!
Hi Danni
I think Rosetti is sold at SEARS maybe
At 48:33 in the back corner was a great Vintage Angel candle holder. $50-$70
Great, great store. And the prices were so good. I would have gone crazy not being able to bring stuff home.
I need to clarify my previous comment. Even though I have allergies, I would never be mean to any animal. I help care for family dogs when they go away. I may suffer for a few days but that keeps them out of the boarding kennels. Hopefully you understand where I am coming from.

I cannot believe the prices in those stores, wowza, everything is so reasonably priced, sure wouldn't find those kinds of prices where I live.
Omg love those placemats

I love the ReHome Stores in Ky so much more than Goodwill!
I am so glad you made the trip to New Jersey. I like the Christmas ornament with lighthouse. Can you sell while on the road? I’m closer. In Florida.
Both those stores were awesome, Danni! Now thrifting in New Jersey is on my bucket list.

Hi Danni! Welcome to my home state! I grew up in Northeastern NJ but now live in NYC. Would you mind sharing what cities/towns the Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity were located in? Thank you, Katia
The Goodwill was Ledgwood - I don't remember where the Habitat was but not terribly far from there
@ Aaah, it must be the one in Randolph, NJ. Thank you.

I did not know that - that's really interesting!
Couldn't agree more Danni, on the pet print! 🦜🐶🐢🐱🐢🐕🐢🐈🦜
The coldest weather and you come up. 😢 Hope you had a good time.
I saved your video for morning. I'm watching with a cup of Tim Hortons coffee. Enjoy New Jersey, and thrifing.
Curated is the word, and very clean
The glass that looked like a perfume bottle without the bottom is actually a reproduction of and antique perfume bottle. I have that one. Came thru my Mama's family.
I just love Beatrice Potter. and Charlotte Becker prints plus willow ware and colbalt blue.
I've never seen a Habitat for Humanity stocked like the one you were in in New Jersey. Magnificent!
How exciting and fun oh my goodness❤❤
Hi Danni! Maybe the word you were trying to think of while at the Habitat for Humanity store was "Curated". What an amazing store! I'm plotzing! 😂
I hope you had a great time while visiting Dawn and staying at her new house
