The differences are that some mobs, blocks and biomes are in one game and not the other and vice versa and villager trades are different. Don't worry tho, you can trade mobs and blocks to the version that they're not in

Much like most gb ports of games on non-portable platforms, this is totally innacurate gameplay wise to what minecraft actually is (being top down first off, but this is not a bad thing at all). Makes it way more auethentic feeling to me!
