Her label should've had her releasing an album every year to continue building her up. She has the looks, style, and balls to maintain that buildup too. She has everything that's needed to compete with Rihanna. The only thing she's missing are the albums and the singles. What's crazy is that her label didn't think to take advantage of Rihanna's hiatus and push Rita up into superdom. (I want to make it clear that I love Rihanna and Rita, and I want them both to succeed in their future endeavors. I'm comparing them because they both have a similar aesthetic.) Rita has been doing really well so far, but you're right, she is underrated because she's not getting the attention she deserves in the field she started in - music.
