What is your skin type? I have super dry skin and I used it underneath my eyes and it made it look very dry :( But I didn't use the puff tho.... maybe I'll try with the puff next time.
My skin type is normal to dry. You should do a good hydration to your under eyes before you apply the makeup. And I really feel like when I use a puff to apply powder, specially under the eyes, it looks so much better than with a brush. Hope I helped you sweetie 🥰
Could you compare it to Hudas powder and Laura Mercier?
One of my favorite powders is from Huda Beauty, I love it. It does a beautiful blur to the skin. The chanel one is also very fine and soft on the skin. One of the things that I feel the Chanel wins is because its waterproof, and for what I know Huda isn´t. The Laura Mercier I don´t remember very well how it works, I don´t have it on my kit right now because I ended it a year ago and I haven´t restocked again.

Hiii ☺️ It’s a powder that is very matte, but I have my under eyes very dry and if you give a good hydration before you start your Makeup it will work, with me it works 😘
