Lovely collection, so very well displayed. Well done. I really wish basements were more common here in the UK, it seems to be where most US collectors store and display their sets. Just got to buy a bigger house...

Unfortunately the Lego fishing store is retired and has to be purchased from a private seller. eBay should have them available but they are not cheap.
