Since the costumers rewards more the sooner they get their room, and doesn't leave if their patient runs out. Along with its nigh impossible to get 2-3 rooms ready before their patient runs out at the start. I feel like the strategy is to focus on one room so you can have at least one costumer who gives high bonuses.
