I'm Azadirachta indica, but you might know me better as neem tree, margosa, or Indian lilac. I'm a fast-growing evergreen tree native to India and Southeast Asia. Taxonomically, I belong to the group Angiosperms and I'm a member of the mahogany family, Meliaceae. I'm considered one of the most beneficial trees in the world.
In India, I'm revered for my medicinal properties. They call me "nature's pharmacy" or even refer to me as universal healer.
