1. Yes you can apply for BOWP after submitting PR application and getting a AOR 2. There is no such rule but depends on which stream you are applying. You will have to inform IRCC and AAIP on any change of your employment

nomination is issued by the province and not employer. If you change jobs, keep AAIP informed and they will ask for your new job offer and guide on next steps.

Official test results must be less than 2 years old at the time your application was submitted. The date used to determine the age of your tests results is the date you took the test, not the date your test results were released. The AAIP will not accept confirmation of registration to take a language test in place of a test result.

Yes you can sit in the express entry pool. But In case you get NOI from AEE and if you choose to accept that nomination, you will have to withdraw the AOS application.

Nothing is automatic.. you have to include your spouse and kids on the application, pay their fees , do the medicals, do biometrics and go through the whole process.

Sir we applied for PNP in September 2023, Still I did not get nomination. What might be the issue. Is there any Quota?
We checked and in December 2023 they were working on July month files. Hoping Your PNP result will come in February for sure

You must demonstrate you meet the language test score in English or French at the time that you submit your application
