I was so hesitant to read Tomorrowx3 because I wasn't really into the whole video game thing but then finally the hype just got to me and I gave in lol and I am SO glad I did! What a pleasant surprise. 😊
Only 7 minutes in and I've looked up every book so far. I'm sosososososo excited for this channel and happy I found it when I did. Thank you for the infodumps!!!! As a book lover (and fellow autist) I can't wait for more
FINALLY someone mentioning The once and future witches 😍 Listened to the audio book and now i neeeeeeed to pick up a physical! Legit one of my top favourites in a long long time 🥰 xx
The Adventures of Amina al-Sirafi was one of my top favorites of this year and Addie Larue, A Psalm for the Wild Built, Delilah Green doesn't Care and the Once and Future Witches are all time favorites for me (read in other years) so I obviously have to read all the other ones on your list!! 😂❤️
This was fun to see your wrap up video! I love your enthusiasm and how to talk about books and it makes me want to read them all. The only one from your list I read was Tomorrow and really loved it. It made me smile and cry and I loved how it talked about chronic pain. Such great story. I put the rest of the books on my hopeful read list! Hope you have a wonderful start to your 2024 reading year. :-) Looking forward to seeing the frogs, puppy and cats. :-)
I really hope you enjoy them if you end up picking any of them up! I've been on a different planet for the past couple of weeks, so I need to catch up and check out your best of video! 👀
What. A. List.👏🏻👏🏻 I preordered Biography of X and still haven’t read it because I don’t want it to be over 🙃 Absolutely Loved Pew by Catherine Lacey, actually in the middle of a reread of it right now! Highly recommend if you haven’t read it! Yes yes yes to bright falls making your list!! I have been anticipating the Reformatory so bad but it’s yet another one I’ve been putting off 🤣 Okay, well I’m kind of been terrified to read The Last House on Needless Street now! Yayy to Mosscap!! ✨ Consider The Once and Future Witches bumped wayyyy up on my tbr!! You’re absolutely smashing this book tube thing, keep doing what you’re doing! SO excited to meet the new family members in future videos!! 🥰
Fabulous top 10. Quite a few of these are on my list that I haven't got to yet, tomorrow, tomorrow and tomorrow for one and need to get to Becky Chambers sooner rather than later too Frogs and a puppy! Oh wow, so gorgeous 🥰
I definitely agree with your criticisms of The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, and I'm glad there were elements that worked for you. I did not enjoy that book at all, but clearly many people did! I'm happy for you and for them. If you've read The Storied Life of A. J. Fikry by Gabrielle Zevin, I wonder how similar of a vibe/style Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow has to it? One thing I remember from The Storied Life of A. J. Fikry was that it covered so much time and so many events that for my reading experience it almost felt like none of the moments had long enough to breathe and hit hard. Tomorrowx3 is longer so maybe it takes more time with the storytelling? I am really happy you enjoyed Delilah Green Doesn't Care! I've enjoyed every book in that series very much. Congratulations on the new additions to the family! 🐸🐶
I haven't read The Storied Life yet, but Tomorrow x3 definitely covers quite a lot of time--a handful of decades, really. I personally didn't feel like it felt rushed or like I didn't get to properly sink into any period, but its definitely something to keep in mind!
Amina was so fun! I love anything nautical anyway but I really appreciated the fact that the main character was a lady closer to my own age. I believe book two comes out this year! I hope BOTM also has that one so it can match my first one.
Okay I am ALSO late to the party on Addie LaRue but I think its time I really need to pick it up. You've 100% convinced me to make The Reformatory the first horror book I read in 2024!
AHHHH so many good books!! I can't believe I haven't heard of The Biography of X but you absolutely convinced me to read it. I saw Delilah Green doesn't care in the bookstore the other day and thought of you 🌟 I'd like to read that one in 2024
Love the vibes and the way you talk so excitedly about books!! We def have some similar tastes so looking forward to hearing more of your recommendations ☺️ 100% checking out Once and Future Witches! (Also we stan Mosscap)
What a fantastic video and channel Erin! I absolutely adore your vibe and your taste. I can’t wait to see what 2024 has in store for your reading and I’ll certainly be tuning in from now on ☺️
just found you and love your vibes!!! ive been looking at reading a lot more because i used to love it as a child so ive been looking for more booktube people. new subscriber!
I so want to read The Reformatory, hopefully there will be time this January. But it's a chonker so I'm also kind of scared 😂 I think I need to check out No 3 and 1, they are definitely going on my never ending tbr :D Thanks for great recommendations! Happy new year!
dipper is such a good name!! he looks so sweet ☺ your review of the last house on needless street has me concerned but very intrigued 😅 also if you're into witches have you tried reading mamo by sas milledge?? god tier cozy sapphic witch vibes
Awesome video! Great to discover a booktuber who also speaks horror. Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow sounds like a wonderful palette cleanser to read between the intense horror I usually read. I also love old school video games. The Reformatory has been so highly praised on booktube, looking forward to reading it in 2024. As a South African, I have a feeling this book will cut deep. The Last House On Needless Street is also high priority. Loved your review, hilarious! 😀Thanks for the recommendations and Happy New Year!
If you like alternate history and/or mockumentary type stuff (and you haven't yet read these) you may like The Man in the High Castle by PKD and/or Daisy Jones & the Six by TJR. 😊 sorry if you've read these, this is the first video of yours I'm watching.
I told myself I couldn’t watch this video until I read the tea monk and robot duology (why did I tell myself that idk) and now they have been read and loved so I am SAT excited to watch this video hehe
Subscribed I'm sorry I got so caught up in your video and looking up the books you read, and now I lost track of the BookTube creator who recommended you. Never mind, glad I got here however
Omg I love to see almost all the books because a lot of them are important to me! ❤ „Im Glad My Mom Died” was, also my favorite book of 2023, she really knows how to write! Funny because even though I think we have similar taste “the invisible life of Addie LaRue” is the book that I really hate, I’m sorry😭 I think the concept was great, but it was lacking something for me and it w as boring. I could rant about this for hours! You are right that Addie was not developed enough, girl was living 300 years and had no personality 🫢 “Tomorrow and Tomorrow” is also my favorite from 2023. This book I everything🎮💜 Because of you I actually recently bought “Delilah Green doesn’t care” and I can’t wait to read it. I wanted to ask if you read “Written in the starts” by Alexandria Bellefleur, because I think you might like this book. It was lesbian romance that I also love very much , and I’m not a romance reader. Another book that I really want to read from your favorites are “The Adventures of Amina Al-Sirafi”, “A Psalm for the Wild-Built” and “Reformatory” (I didn’t heard about it earlier), and “The Once and Future witches” I don’t know how to write short comments 🫠
I totally understand your feelings about Addie! It's a really interesting one, because I can rationally see all of the downfalls of the book but it hit me so hard emotionally that it just absolutely had to go on this list. I hope you enjoy the ones on the list that you haven't read yet!! 😊✨
I was so hesitant to read Tomorrowx3 because I wasn't really into the whole video game thing but then finally the hype just got to me and I gave in lol and I am SO glad I did! What a pleasant surprise. 😊
I never heard of The Biography of X and now I'm dying to read it! Thanks for the rec! Definitely subscribing for lesser-talked-about books.
I hope you enjoy it!! Glad to have you here 😊
Only 7 minutes in and I've looked up every book so far. I'm sosososososo excited for this channel and happy I found it when I did. Thank you for the infodumps!!!! As a book lover (and fellow autist) I can't wait for more

I loved this, Erin! So glad I found your channel and excited to watch all the videos you create ❤️✨
Thank you so much! Welcome! 💛✨
FINALLY someone mentioning The once and future witches 😍 Listened to the audio book and now i neeeeeeed to pick up a physical! Legit one of my top favourites in a long long time 🥰 xx
Yay!! I'm so glad to find someone else who loved it. I feel like its so underrated! Such a gem
Definitely some books here that have been on my TBR for awhile. Might have to bump some up!
Absolutly loved The Invisible Life of Addie Larue as well! 😍
The writing in Addie La Rue is so beautiful - it has to be my most tabbed book.
You’re a very refreshing reviewer. Thank you for sharing yourself with us. Great job and great reviews!
Thank you so much! 😊
okay - tomorrow x3, last house on needless, AND once and future witches!?!? SUBBED, BESTIE✨
Yaaay!! 💛✨ You’re the only other booktuber I’ve seen talk about Once and Future Witches and ????? Where’s the love for that book??
The Adventures of Amina al-Sirafi was one of my top favorites of this year and Addie Larue, A Psalm for the Wild Built, Delilah Green doesn't Care and the Once and Future Witches are all time favorites for me (read in other years) so I obviously have to read all the other ones on your list!! 😂❤️
Hahaha we’ve got quite the compatible tastes!!
“And it’s gay as hell” SOLD 🤣
I definitely have a few more book on my to read list, thanks Erin!
Yay! I hope you like whatever you end up picking up 😊
I added it to my TBR after that was said 😂

At least we still made it to the party 💛✨

Great video happy new year 3025 🎉📚☕⛄🐸
Happy new year!!
If you enjoy fiction that reads as history, you may enjoy The Revolution According to Raymundo Mata, by Gina Apostol.
Great, thanks! I definitely want to explore this lil subgenre 😊
Omg I love to see almost all the books because a lot of them are important to me! ❤
