    I do CrossFit the Sport of training in circuits.
    Tuesday - 7/2/24
    5 Rounds - For Time:
    1000m Bike
    6 Turkish Get-ups (40/25 lbs) (3 each arm)
    Score = Total Time
    Rx1= 30/15 lbs
    Rx3= 50/35 lbs
    Recovery:
    Couch Stretch
    1 Minute each leg
    Passive Hang from Pull-up Bar
    3 x 20” Holds
    Arm Circles
    2 x 10 Each Arm

      @JonnyB589G Awesome training circuit if I do say so myself! love to see the exercise Turkish get-ups in your rotation as well, don't see those being used very often!

      @@bigbehr__ It's "For time" so the intensity should be relatively high during the get ups. The way I would tackle this workout is to go steady on the bike and move smoothly on the get ups. Giving myself 15-16 minutes for all five rounds. You can only go so fast on the bike, you'll need your soul for the get ups. So don't sell it on the bike.
