Nice. I just wish the signal and breaks functioned separately. Once you hit the hazard lights, you technically have no rear break lights other than the 3rd unit.
They have receiver clips so-to-speak like OEM, but their opening size must be a bit larger so they don't actually "snap" into place. So they will aid in locating the assy as you put it in place, but won't hold it securely. Having said that (written that?) my tails don't rattle or move. They feel solid when I push on them.
I got a "backup lamp out message" on my 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie. Was able to clear it with AlphaOBD. "CBC Features: LED Reverse Lamps Present" set to "Yes".
We only have LED bulb upgrades for the 08-16 Super duty tails right now, check it out! www.headlightrevolution.com/american_trucks/ford_superduty/superduty_08_16
I'm wondering the same. Not a lot of options out there for our trucks besides the expensive factory LED tail lights. I know the lights themselves will work and it seems like one could make an adapter harness.

And what ever you do, DO NOT USE a impact to put the screws back in. Use a T handle or bit driver to put them back in...don't ask me how I know
I seen this common too late
Not sure why everybody uses an impact for everything! Most cordless drills have a clutch feature that is much more appropriate!
Couldnt Imagine why someone would use an IMPACT to put taillight screws in. I guess you won't be doing that again. :)
Do these fit exactly like OEM? Saw another review where the slide in clips were not used

What color/kelvin is the reverse lights?
When you said zip tie below, where would be the optimal spot? Close to the boost bar?
Yes! Anywhere out of the way, that won't get snagged on anything else.
Wish they made these for the Gen 5 - their Gen 5 option changes the shape and looks more like chevy tails
Maybe something soon?!
No canbus issue?

What bulbs are used for the reverse lights. How brite?
No bulbs are needed, it's a built-in LED reverse section and will be much brighter than OEM!
Also did these just come out?
They did! Just this week!
Has anyone got these in yet? Just ordered mine yesterday thankfully
These just came out, doubtful anyone has received their's yet!
I have a dodge ram 1500 eco diesel 2018 limited does it work?
Yes, they will work!
are the smoked ones illegal in any way?
Nope! These are DOT, SAE, and FMVSS108 Compliant
Will these work for a 2019 Ram 1500 classic? The video said 09 to18 just curious thanks.
Yes, they will also work with Classic models.
Will this new light cause issues with the factory settings? A common problem with aftermarket electric lights.
These have been fully tested with the Rams! They will be fully functional with zero issues, even on the notoriously difficult 2015 year model trucks!
I can tell you with absolute confidence that the Gen 2 taillights work without issue. Truly plug and play.
@@dirtydogg37able I thought none were delivered by checking the website?
