Best thing I ever saw was a man who loved his wife In a place where things were good I felt peace in the neighborhood That feeling in the air Something was definitely there It was a time when things were good I felt peace in the neighborhood I was there, I really was At the center of a love vibration People sharing with their friends Helping each other out Peace in the neighborhood Helping each other out Then I woke up from my dream To see things as they really are People struggling to survive How can peace hope to stay alive? Well, I was there, I felt so good At the center of a love vibration People caring for their world Helping each other out Peace in the neighborhood Helping each other out Peace in the neighborhood Helping each other out Best thing I ever saw I saw a man who loved his wife Peace in the neighbor hood Helping each other out Peace in the neighborhood Helping each other out Peace in the neighborhood
My neighbors and I have been feuding over various things for several months. I played this song on repeat at top volume and opened all my windows hoping that everyone would hear it and we'd make peace. Instead, they called the cops and complained! I was issued a ticket for disturbing the peace and one of my neighbors let out all the air in my car tires later that night!
Joy Stinson maybe energy and attitude. I did love the Wings Over America album, but this band (and current), are technically precise and tight. No wrong note to be found. These were true professionals as opposed to just a band of friends, like what I think of Wings era to be, which I think is a better musical representation.
sorry but after Beatles, , this was hard to take. Way to POP for my liking...Is it just me or does anyone else think its best to NOT let your Spouse play in the band.
Never really liked his 80s-90s band. Too much bloody chorus on the guitars, timbre of the backing vocals a bit thin. And of course this is one his worst songs ever :P
Robbie's guitar work is probably the best guitar work ever done on a McCartney track

Remember when people enjoyed concerts without phones, just appreciating the music?
Passing a joint around those were the days.Good music and fun.
Such underrated song!
I agree!!
Paul "Wix" Wickens nearly 35 years of worhship and friendship with Macca oups sir Paul. Exceptional
Greatest rock performer/writer of our lives
It's 31.12.2024 and this is VERY IMPORTANT THING in Finland!!! Let's have GREAT NEW YEAR!!!
My neighbors and I have been feuding over various things for several months. Well, that sucks. Your neighbors are no fun at all.
AccurateCrabLegs Now you are my fucking hero, along with Paul. 🤣
Obviously have no taste in good music ;)
Well something was definitely no there this time ...maybe you should give it another try !?
I especially appreciate the fact that Robbie McIntosh plays a different quitar solo on every performance - just check Paul is Live album:)
This was the best lineup: RIP in Linda.
This is now VERY IMPORTANT THING in Finland!!!
Love Robbie’s guitar work with Paul. Rusty’s doing great, but Robbie gave Paul some high class playing.
So true! I think this is the best band Paul's ever had since The Beatles.
True...

@@pasionciruja Wings '79 was technically great but they didn't have much personality which Paul seems to thrive on.
D'accord avec vous
I love this beautiful tune too. So great RYTHM 🎉🎉🎉
Ricordi stupendi con questa musica. Peace in ...my life!
Bellissima canzone. Particolare, unica.
It would be utter boredom if anyone other than Macca performed this song.
gran temazo de Paul!!

ウイングス時代に休みなく働いたポールはリンダに負荷をかけた!

Wow, you are so critical, this is among my favorite and I'm a McCartney nut and a Beatles nut...
I like the song but I agree with you on the sound of the band. 2002 tour onwards is better
BLOODY AWFUL SONG . LETS BE HONEST
Let’s be honest your a bloody awful critic.
Beautiful song. But then if you don’t have ears you won’t hear it.
This is not a bad song, not at all, this is a terrific song, everyone's just so hard on Paul..
