Does the auto clean function flush the cafiza out of the system? I was told to replace the blind basket and run a second cleaning cycle without any cafiza to backlash everything with water. Is that a waste of time?
Quick question, we have been discussing with some colleagues at work. How is the proper procedure when cleaning, for example 10 min before can you start cleaning one or 2 groups if it’s not busy, or you can’t back flush/cleaning one group while you use the other one for making espressos? Or actually when you clean one group, the whole machine already has chemicals in it? This answer is hard to find because i have been working in different places with different practices during the closing procedures. Some people does the back flushing without the screens and some others with because they said that without can clog the machine. Can you please me help with this doubts? Thanks a lot Cheers
You can clean one group at a time. Just don't get confused and start pulling shots from that one. Can be easier to leave them all til after you've closed but depends on how busy your shop is.
@@RumblecoffeeAu yep, thanks a lot for you answer ! All started because I was talking with my colleagues at the new shop that I’m working and they were saying that if you clean one group before closing the chemicals go to the other groups, and I said that it was not true but I could not find an answer on the la marzocco troubleshooting/cleaning
We have the same coffe machine , you shouldn’t use the chemical in time you serving coffe , you can clean with brush water but not chemical because when you use the chemical it goes to the whole machine. That’s how I was learned
Could You please tell something about the machine on Your right side?? Its very interesting for me...Its something with coffee roasting?? Thank You for answer :)
One question, is that a la marzocco brush ? Bc I have the same coffee machine but didn’t get the brush with it.
No it's a Pallo Machine brush. La Marzocco don't give us any brushes either!

That's a good idea, Bryan. Not a waste of time at all.
Thank you for the video , I have one question, are you back flashing all 2 with chemical ? Or you backslash only one witch clean both
Back flush both. You want to clean all the groups.

That's a sample roaster. We use it to roast small (100g) lots of coffee, then we cup (taste) the coffee to decide if we want to buy it.
