The store-owner asked me if you may look and film it for your channel. No problem for me and funny to see this back a few days later.
I didn't knew that it was a suitcase diorama. That makes it even better. So if I'm right this diorama comes ready out of the box in combination with the train? I was very happy and grateful that I could film that diorama 🙏🏻
@@DiecastDudeofficial that’s right. It’s a complete diorama in a suitcase from the firma Noch. There are more versions for this scale but i loved this one because of the tunnel. It costs around 1200 euro’s and you can even store a train with some wagons in the lid of the suitcase. The christmas tree and the buildings have lights and the controls are also build-in.

I remember a shop near my house here in the States growing up, and I would visit often to see the stock of Corgi, Majorette, and other various diecast car brands not sold in the chain toy or department stores. I never was interested in video games, and I suspect that is what contributed to the decline in diecast car interest among kids.

Those planes and trains remind me of my childhood! I watched and played so many dutch train and boat and bridge stuff 10 years ago! The 1/18 scale Porsche rwb and the sian are my favorite also! The shelf in 23:03 is insane 🤤🤩🔥

They used to have a large selection of "Oxford" diecast cars and trucks, but now they are all gone and replaced with diecast aircraft. 😭
Man your camera is great! I swear it was like 8K in the opening street shots! Wow. I love how they displayed an “exploded view” model with all the parts disconnected (on top of the shelf). What a cool shop, not too many of those over here.

@9:55 when I collected animal play figures during covid, that was my favourite Komodo Dragon from all the animal play figure brands (Papo, Safari Ltd, Schleich, Mojo Fu, bullyland) One day I'd love to go to Komodo island. Awesome video!

Does anybody know why on the French brands Peugeot and Citroen are pretty well represented with diecast miniatures but not Renault or Dacia? I mean, apart from a few Alpine, I don't remember that many Renault in all the videos I watched up until now. Edited: Ok, I just saw 2 Twingo, a Fuego and a Duster. But still, not that many in comparison.

I don’t know why im here, I’m not even into die-cast, trains, models and all but still I find these store videos very interesting. Also I like learning about this hobby world. But hey no hate or anything but these models are all pretty expensive I feel like, right ? for example 90€ for that small B-52 bomber die-cast plane like bloody hell. It’s an expensive hobby right ? Haha never thought these models are that expensive.

Unnfortunatly, in Portugal, shops like this are dying out. Even several years ago the ASAE, the economics police I might call it, forbade the selling of plastic miniature soldiers to children, just imagine that! Wish the best for your buiseness.
