Good luck with your seat. The seat that came with mine is the front half of a 'normal' aftermarket two up seat that somebody cut in half. If yours turns out well I may attempt it myself.
I have made seats over the years they don't really look good but they're comfortable LOL
Make a helmet and goggles for the cat and take it for a ride.I had a 1980 with straight pipes and no kicker.
When I'm retired I plan to obtain a terrier and a lurcher to hunt farm rats; I'm thinking a sidecar would complement the Wallace and Gromit vibe.
