Would you recommend the Afro Kinky Springy Twist texture for micro locs? The length of my hair is pretty long. I am installing the micro locs myself. I really want a softer texture because some of the compressed Kinky Bulk is too coarse . My texture is sort of soft and curly. I truly just want a awesome quality of hair to basically just hold the shape until it locs. My natural hair will not stay without a little help of the extension.
I have only used Afro kinky hair so I can’t speak on any other types due to my lack of experience with it. However, I don’t see why switching would be an issue. Of course monitor your hair for slippage and follow my tips on maintaining your hair and what to look out for.

I just recently got my micro locs done just like that. I have finer hair so she used less hair. So far so good. I’m excited to see my progress 🙌🏾🙌🏾
