@@3dgreenhorn bro i kinda get this feeling that u will grow fast now becaue of this short tutorial and also u were recommended to me...so congrats in advance
The fact you gave me some motivation to not click off and actually learn was really helpful. I wanna be a 3d artist but get overwhelmed this video is making it really easy im not done yet but that part really made me smile thank you .
I had a mini-breakdown over blender because I was unable to figure out the UI despite looking at other tutorials. Your tutorial is immensely helpful. Instant subscriber!
Thank you so much for this video! I tried using blender 3 times in the past and gave up because they were too complicated. Yours was the first I saw that was direct to the point and easy to follow. I hope you have a good one! 💕
Finally a tutorial that just gives me the information that I need to get started instead of a 12 hour playlist of an example project in Blender, by the end of which I forget how to do anything. Thank you so much!
that's because you've watched the donut tutorial. its like going to school and listen the lessons at first then watch it again in youtube its similar to reviewing/ studying.
that's because you've watched the donut tutorial. its like going to school and listen the lessons at first then watch it again in youtube its similar to reviewing/ studying.
Hands down the best Blender tutorial in the internet, straight to the point, fast without omitting any important details. If this guide would be a little slower would take an hour plus to get it done. I'm not a design expert but I have designed before so for sure these tutorial explain everything you need to know for modeling quite complex objects.
Yeah I honestly was wondering how it would sound at .75 playback speed, because this (Microsoft Sam?) sounded faster than usual and you can only change the videos playback speed in .25 intervals through TH-cam, ya see now.... TH-cam has an option on PC and I believe on newer smart phones as of a year or so ago, to change the playback speed of a video by first hovering over the youtube video, clicking the little gear icon, and then you will see the playback speed option to change it from .25 of the original playback all the way to 2x the original. I realized this sounded kinda rude re-reading it, or like just comes off like im trying to be an ass with my explanation, but that was honestly completely accidental, I wrote parts of it at different times, going back to add certain missed details, I could also just be realllyyyy stoned
This is so motivating. I almost gave up on Blender because of some other tutorials that made me think that I could never do this. I will keep going and add this to my list of skills thanks to you. You are amazing :))
Exactly what I needed. Going through the quintessential doughnut tutorial which while enjoyable, life got in the way and did not touch if for a month so I forgot some of the basics. This is a great refresher without having to spend hours listening and going over it all over again. I find that the short tutorials like your compliment longer ones. The doughnut one will teach you the in-depth nitty gritty of 3D modeling but yours keep noobs like myself from getting too overwhelmed by thinking that every project is going to be complicated. .
The donut tutorial is awesome and recommended for beginners as it shows you a lot of fundamentals you'll need through your journey in blender. I'm very happy with the donut tutorial.
This is what I was looking for 100000%. I can't thank you enough. I have slogged through the BG Donut tutorial but it was about a year ago and I just needed a major refresher on EVERYTHING. But I didn't want to go back and spend a whole day doing that tutorial again (although I might later, lol). Your video couldn't have been more perfect.
This Blender tutorial was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted Blender Guru's Donut Tutorial series halfway and it was too difficult to keep track of, but this was concise, simple, and direct. I will be rewatching it time and time again to remember all of the shortcuts (there's not getting around that, Blender just has too many ;-;) but for a starter tutorial, this was stellar. Thank you!
I am a beginner to Blender. I have been exposed to many tutorials on Blender. Without a doubt you are the best instructor on the subject! The difference is most want to show you what they know, and you teach what you know! Your videos are easy to follow, thank you! I produce tutorial on video editing on TH-cam, so I understand what is involved. Thank you for your excellent work!
I fiddled around with Blender a bit myself a few weeks ago, didn't get much further than just playing with the starting cube and reshaping it. Thanks for the quick and concise rundown on its basic functions!
im really experienced modeling in Maya but an absolute newbie in Blender, this really helped so thank you!! Now i just need to practice and get used to the strange new UI pfft
I have recently finished building my studio pc and since I have phenomenal spec's I figured I would start modelling for fun again like I did on Blender like 10 years ago. It's so nice to see they have improved the workflow and made it easier than ever before all while providing more features than they used to.... This should be fun! Thanks for the refresher
Just recently started using Blender and have been checking out various tutorials. I learned more in your 20 minutes than a couple hrs worth of other videos. Thank you! Simple and to the point. Earned a sub. Keep up the good work.
Hands down the best tutorial on youtube about basics of blender! Straight to the point! In other videos it takes 20 minutes just to tell you how to resize....... But this, this is Awesome! Good job! i had to log in to my account on youtube JUST to subscribe to you Sir! Thank you!
I've watched 20 minutes of this Blender tutorial, with Blender opened on my second screen, trying to follow each step... I feel like a noob even though I've been using Illustrator professionally for almost 30 years! It's refreshing to feel this bad at something after so many years of being a pro in an adjacent field, thank you!

While it's still hard for me to grasp all the things you went through here on my own I feel like your tutorial has been the best in terms of someone like myself. Your tutorial definitely helped to make Blender a little bit more understandable. Even a little bit counts in my opinion.
Thank you! Booking marking this so I can come back to asset library once I have a heap of my own user meshes, if I'm saying that right. This was extremely helpful. I'm like 4 days in on blender!
Thanks for the Video! I'm currently learning Blender because i want to become a game artist, and this Video helped me out so much! Easy explained and a great narrators Voice! 👍
Thanks a lot for all the value everyone (me included) can find in such a perfectly done tutorial on 'blender'. Absolutely worth watching until the very end.
